Pictures and profile of my property were submitted immediately and the property was online and being marketed within 24 hrs. Phillips Smith & Dunn were also by far the best value and achieved a very close to asking price in a difficult market. Vincent & Cleeve have dealt efficiently with the sale from the offer stage until successful completion acting as a very affective communication channel between buyer and solicitors making for a smooth sale.

I purchased my house from psandd some 18 years ago and had a good experience then. I have to say Vince made my selling experience very easy. My house sold really quickly so the burden of viewings for Vince and the team was minimal, but the actual buyer was shown around on the day Vince had already completed 5 viewings. I was always kept well informed by the team.
When and if I move back to North Devon I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I recently had contact with Phillips Smith and Dunn when we moved to Braunton from West Wales, buying a property being marketed by this company. The video showed the house to its very best potential and advertised on national websites.
From the outset the staff were friendly and helpful guiding us through to a successful transaction in quick time. Visits to the property were arranged smoothly for us at our convenience given the distances involved. They took the stress out of things.
Fees were much as the industry standard and on this occasion very well earned.
Estate Agents don't always get a good name. That is a shame when an organisation such as Phillips Smith and Dunn here in Braunton operates to such a high standard. From start to finish they have impressed us. They certainly led us to write this glowing review.
We had no contact with them before now. We didn't know anyone there prior to coming to live in this lovely town. We do now !!
