Completely brilliant service far and above the call of duty! Nicola at Douglas and Dean could not have been more helpful, working out of hours to assist us with a problem of our own making which could have turned into a real holiday disaster. Great follow up service, couldn't recommend them more highly.

From Day 1, Andy, at Douglas and Deane, has been fabulous. Kind, honest and open, Andy took us from our initial viewing of our new home,
through to exchange. At times, the process was extremely stressful, however Andy was with us every step of the way and we really appreciated his regular phone calls updating us. We can't fault Douglas and Deane, in Ilfracombe.
