Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

Lorriane, Glyn, Roz and the team were great throughout and cannot fault them. We tried other agents in the area before choosing them but their work ethic and service was excellent. They were very patient with us, listened to our needs and went the extra mile throughout to get the sale over the line.100% recommend and we would use again (but hopefully not too soon).

We found it with Roz and Lorraine of Moloneys. They worked hard and very professionally for us, and found potential purchasers very soon, and an acceptable offer followed almost straight away. We have been kept informed of developments throughout, and the helpful and active service rendered to us we have found both pleasant and constructive. We would thoroughly recommend Moloney's to anyone looking for a genuinely local service staffed by people who are enthusiastic in their work and understanding of the needs of their clients.
