They have been saying they are going to call us back for 3 days now and they haven’t. When confronted about being unprofessional she hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. If you are the landlord of Stanley woodster way 5 bed student property, you have a lovely house but please find a different estate agents. A bit of a shame as we were very interested.... Read more

Avoid this ‘agency’ at all costs. Throughout lockdown period I had received no responses to my emails/calls. After emailing to tell I am no longer interested due to a very poor lack of communication (having no clue what my living situation would look like for my next academic year) they proceeded to argue with me via email and continuously lie telling me I had apparently had phone calls with them every week (clearly getting me mixed up with someone else) but could not provide proof of this (wonder why - because they are liars) and this is why they will not be returning my holding fee. Absolutely shocked that this business continues to operate with highly unprofessional staff. And as many others have reviewed it seems to be a recurring theme they scam students out of money. if i can give 0 stars i would. Throughout this period theres only been a useless old lady who has been answering the phone. on one occasion, she ended the call with me and frankly her unprofessionalism has caused so many issues. overall her rudeness is unnecessary and if a staff member fails to even provide information on properties that the company are providing, she should be deemed useless and turned away from the company. I sincerely hope that the company are able to handle this staff member to avoid future issues that may arise from her presence.... Read more

they are unprofessional. They put my land without any contract online. I found out it was advertising under wrong post code . I complaint few weeks ago and asked them to remove asap. They removed from wrong post code and put it in under commercial section to deceive me. Today I lost my client again and he called me a lier and time waster! As I was selling him saying it is off market. Anyways I have to take it further now. Advised to all LAndlords to keep them away from this agent.... Read more

I would avoid at all costs. Extremely disorganised staff meant that there were problems at every step of the renting process including loss of paperwork, arranging to sign documents when no one from the letting department was in and huge bugs in online forms preventing them from being submitted as a few examples, all of which resulted in the agents passing the blame on "typical lazy students". Despite constantly providing them with correct contact information they were incapable of contacting me, instead harassing my housemares with threats that we would loose the house despite paying a fortune in holding fees.... Absolute assholes. Got me to put down a £150 "holding fee" (where no paperwork was given to me to sign and instead they just took the money over the phone) on a property, then when I gave them notice I no longer wanted the property and wanted my money back, they outright stopped replying to my messages.
