Covid made the selling process a lot longer than anticipated, and during that time we had 3 Branch Managers, Matt, Ryan and Scott but they did what I asked which was accompany all viewings and sell the house at a reasonable price. All the staff members were professional and courteous and I would be happy to recommend Connells Colchester branch.

Our senior negotiator Ryan has been professional from the start and is very personable. The same can be said for all his colleagues we have dealt with particularly Cormac and Scott.

Richard was wonderful and made the big transition from Canada to Colchester a very easy one. He exceeded expectations by offering a video tour of the nearby area, the building and the flat itself. He was quick to respond to questions, explained the application processes very concisely and made each step very easy. Once we arrived we found Richard to be friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. The flat was exactly what we hoped it would be and everything Richard said it would be. I would highly recommend dealing with Richard at Connells!

Have used Connells to let my house in Colchester. Rich Baker came to see me on his day off as I only had a small window of opportunity to meet agents. He was very professional and very thorough when we spoke and I was left confident that he was the best person to look after my property. Within a couple of days of meeting for the first time my property was let to exactly the kind of tenant I was looking for and for the price I was looking for.

Tenants now moved in I look forward to working closely with Rich and his team in the future.

I would thoroughly recommend speaking to Rich if you have property to let in or around Colchester.

We have been very impressed with the level of service received from Connells Letting Agents. From Tom visiting the property we knew we would choose Connells to let our property, as he showed great enthusiasm to market it. This was then followed up by Jade S who was dealing with the viewings and marketing of our property. Jade is amazing. She has kept us fully informed of all viewings and has gone the extra mile to market our property and follow up on all viewings. Nothing is too much trouble for her and everything is done with enthusiasm. She has been available to talk to anytime I have phoned up and is very informative and clearly knows the properties she is marketing.
