Recently bought my first flat represented by Life Residential and their sales agents were extremely professional and communicative. I worked with Robert Van Toor in the initiation of purchase and on the completion date, he was very responsive and quick to address my queries, and worked efficiently with the sellers to close the sale. I also worked with Becky McElroy from the sales progression team throughout the process, she did a fantastic job chasing up solicitors on both ends, the onward chain developer, and kept me informed of the latest updates throughout the day —faster than my solicitor did, and really appreciated the urgency and timeliness of the whole transaction. My partner and I moved into a flat in London with the help of LiFE earlier this month. It's always a difficult process finding a place, in London especially, but we found the LiFE team to be by far the most friendly & professional we've experienced. Many bigger, more 'famous' agents were less helpful than this team. From our initial viewing, Aiste has been very honest, prompt and informative, helping us with any concern we had before, during and after the move. Monika ran the admin parts really well, making sure all the many documents were in order and that the process went smoothly at every stage. They have standardised a lot of the processes with software which has really helped things too (using Goodlord for referencing, document signing, payments etc..., plus a whole platform for reporting property issues) After the move-in, unfortunately most agents become less helpful, as the sale is 'made' and they're on to the next. We didn't experience this with LiFE at all - our washing machine died pretty much straight away, but the property management team were on it, and had arranged to be replaced within a week. Tyron especially has been very responsive and has worked hard on this. When the next moves comes, I we will certainly look to work with LiFE again on this if possible!... Read more

If I could give 0 starts to Life Residential I would do it. The worst service ever in the world. 1. They look nice the first couple of times you meet. 2. Do no respond emails in time. 3. They will charge you for everything you never thought before. 4. They will come at the end of the tenancy trying to get more money from your deposit. 5. Through my time with them (just 9 months only, thank God), there were 4-5 people in communication, and no one of them can help answering the questions you have. 6. They tell you things that you can get rid of the apartment. Later they will charge you for those items even though there's proof in email communications 7. You pay for a platform to sign the contract. Never mentioned that in the first place. 8. You carried a professional cleaning before giving back the place. they will let you know that the place is 'noted as not cleaned'. Unforgivable. 9. A malfunction of some device will end up in you waiting for weeks until someone comes to take a look. AND CAREFUL, if the thing works again and the expert could find anything, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU! Please opt for another agency. Trust me. I am saving you months of complaining and a miserable service.... Read more
