Can't give no stars or I would of, very poor communicators. After being served notice because landlord wants to sell property told to stay in property and squat until find some where else to live. Not helpful at all no work carried out even after asking 3 or 4 times. No cooker for 7 months mould all over the place reported but did not care. Would not recommend them at all.

The flats we live in have a great bunch of people with very clean shared areas. Response to maintenance issues have improved since we arrived and we’re now happy with the quality of service you get with your flat.
We sadly missed out on our first viewing by not taking advantage of the no deposit option but were shown a better flat which we’ve been over the moon with. If you’re looking for a flat in the Stamford town centre Leaders are greatly helpful, but do be prepared for a slight rent increase. This is because you’ll most likely miss out on the property if you don’t take the no deposit option. Other than that, the team at Leaders have been professional and responsive.

Being a tenant in properties Let and Managed by Leaders Estate Agents has been pretty easy and straight forward. There's always a few little things and complications but overall in the last house and most recent move, has gone well and we have settled in again. Angus Wilde was great to deal with in the previoous property, and lucky for us we managed to have him deal with us 3 years later in the next and again, all went rather smoothly considering the short amount of time we had. I'd recommend Leaders to tenants looking for a secure and fair letting agent. My application was handled smoothly and I found my contacts approachable and helpful. Once I'd moved in, the one or two small snags I had were very quickly sorted out and the house was in pristine condition - I couldn't have wished for a better property to meet my needs.

I left the property before the tenancy end date in July. The natural end was September which I paid rent for.
I took the keys into the branch and was assured I would not need to do anything else to come off of the lease.
I later found out after giving notice TWICE that I remained on the tenancy until October without being told AT ALL.
After I left I kept receiving calls about the property even though I obviously wasn’t there.
I have now received an email saying ‘thank you for renewing your tenancy’.
Awful agents AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Janette, who I made my initial enquiry with, was very friendly but also efficient and knowledgeable about the property I was interested in. She organised the viewing and answered a couple of queries I had prior to the viewing.
When we arrived for our viewing Jonathan was already there (big tick from me as on the last 2 viewings I had done with another agent I had to ring to find out if they were going to turn up & was told they were running late as they were very busy!). Jonathan then showed us around & was able to answer our questions about the property and the area & also offered to find out additional information about queries we raised. He didn't try to hurry us along, which was refreshing, and neither did he try to influence our decision.
The follow up service from Janette was also prompt and courteous. One was never made to feel that they were doing you a favour as many other Estate Agents I have dealt with do. Thank you for your excellent service.

I saw a little house for my daughter with disabilities. I emailed leaders for a viewing and Angus very promptly replied with options to view the property. The first viewing he turned up on time and was extremely polite and helpful. Today I am moving my daughter in and Angus along with his colleagues have made made the process a breeze. He was always on the end of the phone or always rang when promised. We are so impressed with this company we are going to use them to let our property out and hopefully buy another one.
