29th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

From the first time we visited the office to advise of our desire to move from our existing agent, through to them taking over the management of my property, the whole process was painless. Communication was great, we were always kept in the loop during each stage of the transition. Seamless is the only way that the service can be described. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)From the intial call, Newton Fallowell were able to come back on a rental property we were interested in, and arrange a viewing of the rental property at short notice. Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.
