Renting through knights which has been nothing short of poor. House had been 'cleaned' prior to us moving in, ear buds on the floor, cobwebs, food in the fridge and freezer, dishes in the dishwasher, pointed this out and was met with rudeness. Been asking for replacement freezer compartments as they was taped together prior to us moving in, have been replaced with drawers that don't fit and have been ignored ever since pointing this out. Having rented through a different agent previously it's chalk and cheese.

Knights are one of the good guys - we've bought, sold and rent through them and they have always been professional, helpful, and are hugely knowledgeable on the Stamford and surrounding market.
The sales team and lettings departments compliment each other well and both are run by, and supported by, solid individuals who know what they are on about - if you are buying, selling or looking to rent they are definitely worth a visit!

Coming to the end of our tenancy, communication really was awful from Knights. Especially Frankie, after calling to ask basic questions regarding the end of our tenancy, he was rude and finished the call by hanging up on me numerous times. We rented for 4 years, luckily not fully managed by them. Wouldn't recommend for lettings.

My husband and I recently sold our house with Knight Partnership and secured a mortgage through them too. We would definitely recommend them on both scores.
They're a small team, but it meant we always knew who we were speaking to. They were professional, approachable, and fully understood our requirements for both our house sale and mortgage. They updated us after every viewing on our house, and were never pushy about what we should do, clearly taking the time to explain our options and answer our questions. After we'd accepted an offer on our house, it took a while for us to find the one we wanted to buy, and then delays elsewhere in the chain meant that it was a slow process. But throughout, Clare kept us up to date, liaising with the other agents in the chain.
All in all, we're so glad we went with Knights - they proved themselves to be very competent and we're thankful for their help and reassurance throughout our house selling and buying experience!

Me and my partner have just sold our house with Knight Partnership and couldn't be more impressed with the service we have received. It became evident straight away when obtaining valuations that Sonja at Knight Partnership was a cut above the rest! We had 6 viewings lined up for the 1st week and our sale was quickly tied up for above asking price. Claire and Hannah in the sales team were amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept up to date constantly and that the rest of the chain were also pushed along at a nice pace to ensure that our sale progressed. Felt let down by the selling side, Rebecca has left the company and she was the only reason we went with them as she was knowledgable about the surrounding area outside of Stamford.
Lack of floor plan initially and when it did appear it was not to scale or included a overall floor plan size which would have given prospective viewers an idea of the scale of property. Knights also sent a lot of viewers to us who didn't even have their house on the market which is a waste of time.
Didn't bother to update the EPC - given the amount of work put into improving the property on that side meant again, another piece of useful information was left off.
Very willing to drop the price to try and get a sale but don't seem overly bothered about marketing the property well and drop fed feedback than being honest - the video tour had spelling mistakes in and was generic - may as well use a fixed cost estate agent like Strike or Purple Bricks and get the same result.
Professional photographs not exactly anything special and missed off rooms and not the most flattering angles or some rooms.
In the end we withdrew and went with another estate agent (who sold the property in 3 weeks) to secure a sale, the initial period with this company is 20 weeks which is far above the industry standard to try and keep you locked in with them

5 stars does not do the team enough justice!
Having recently purchased a property from the team at Knight they have been fantastic. Claire was always straight on the phone to give me updates (even when it wasn’t great news) and if I ever called, whoever would answer the phone was always incredibly helpful with my query. Emma who has now left was brilliant with assisting me find my mortgage and Adam who took over after she left was equally brilliant.
Although my purchase took what seemed like an age (around 7 months) I never felt like I’d been forgotten about, however I cannot say the same about the solicitor…which leads me on to the ONLY negative point of the experience. I used the recommended solicitor and did not have an overly great experience there, but I cannot blame the guys and girls at Knight for that.

Viewed two rental properties and completed the application form for one the same day and was told that I was the first to view but they had a few more over the coming days. After hearing nothing for a week I went to their website to find the phone number only to see that the property had been let agreed. I phoned the office and was told they hadn't got round to calling all the other applicants yet and I was on that list, in other words my application had been rejected. Very sloppy service IMHO, not recommended.

Martha has been a super-efficient Negotiator for the KP rental team since I have had the pleasure in dealing with her as a landlord. She has always worked hard to fix any issues with tenants and cheerfully chases any requests made.
Martha's phone manner is the best! She answers my calls (which have been frequent!), not only extremely professionally, but with a the most happy of tones - despite lockdown or foul weather! She gets to know her landlords and has certainly built a rapport with me.
Her sense of humour is a bonus too. It keeps all parties buoyant!

It wasn't until after I had my offer accepted and I had started legal proceedings that I found out there was a management fee for the area. As this was a cost that would have definitely affected my offer I believe it should have been mentioned prior to agreeing on an offer.

Well what can I say other than Michelle, Sophie and Juliana being amazing women. I was renting a flat from Knight partnership and I encountered some problems with my flat mate. Things ended badly and we needed to leave the flat as soon as possible. They spoke to me and helped with the situation as much as they could. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I made enquires about 2 rental properties with Knight Partnership, I was the first to enquire on both, first to view on both and first to offer on both. But rejected on both. I do not know why but it was very strange as no application was take or fees.
Any other company after offering you would like the property, would want you to make an application, they didn't and only took details over the phone. I'm guessing they heard something they didn't like. On the 2nd property I viewed, I was left waiting for over 10 days for a decision to be made on whether the landlord wanted us to make an application. Landlords don't do this. Something very dodgy about them!

I found soon after registering that my property was NOT ON RIGHTMOVE at all & I had to call in and advise the office of this fact. Soon after it was restored!
However, now I cannot get them to e-mail me to say how many hits I have received on Rightmove in spite of going into the office on MONDAY and ringing them today TUESDAY. They inferred they had done it - but if this is the case why no e-mail.
Also the nice old boy who got us (more my husband than I) to move from Chestertons is never there - when is he there & does he also work somewhere else I wonder?
