We had a viewing of one of their property in Stamford. Lady (I won’t be saying her name here) we had a viewing with was very unpleasant and ignorant, felt unwelcome and when my partner tried to ask questions she answered: ‘’what are you about?’’ Maybe if she would show the property as a proper real estate agent we used came across we wouldn’t need to ask questions. Very unprofessional and I hope she only had a bad day otherwise… she doesn’t represent the company’s name in professional manner. Shame

From our initial contact with the lovely Maria at the Stamford office when organising our property valuation with Jamie, we have received exceptional service from the whole Ospreys team. Ospreys are extremely responsive and took care of all our viewings. Maria in particular has gone above and beyond and we can't thank her enough for the assistance and support she has given us throughout the whole process. We have used several estate agents in the local area over the years (Bigger isn't always better!) and would highly recommend Ospreys to anyone looking to sell their property. It is probably unusual to rate the estate agents that you purchased through, but an exceptional experience due to an individual deserves to be rated. Buying a house is emotional, and Maria’s emotional intelligence and experience was critical in smoothing the inevitable bumps. We purchased our property through Osprey and when the time comes we will sell through them.
