Terrible listings! We were shown a property, which didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures. The woman said the property is available immediately, but the landlord is in the process of fixing a leak. When the door opened the first thing we could smell was damp with a sounds of a dehumidifier in the distance. We walked into the house until we hit the dining room and saw the damage. The room had no ceiling!! The woman knew the viewing didn’t go well and even said ‘I don’t know why I always get the bad viewings’ as if this is totally normal!!! I’m extremely disappointed that the Estate Agent even took this property on in this state let alone getting viewings booked in. Since the bad viewing the property is still a ‘featured’ property so clearly nothing has been done about this.
