I object to Garton Jones forcing residents at CBW to pay for improvements which they do not need or want but which his Ferrari owning oligarch clients may consider necessary. i.e. 750,000 for replacement doors / entry system. Being an estate agent at CBW and head of the (phantom) residents' association is a massive conflict of interest.

AWFUL AGENCY! They (Haima Dos Santos) misinformed us about ongoing construction work, they told us this was finishing ''January 2017''. This work INTENSIFIED. It will not actually finish until at least the end of summer. This is so noisy from 7.45-8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Why lie to us about it?! Or are you just negligent Haima? Considering this construction site is 5 meters from your office, it is not hard to find out... They also ''forgot'' to mention that they were selling the apartment we had just signed a tenancy for, after paying the holding deposit and agreeing to terms Haima e-mailed me saying ''I forgot to tell you we need access for sales''.. Firstly, how convenient that you ''forgot'' to tell us something this important, secondly, what a fool for e-mailing this and giving me avidence of your omissions.... They proceeded to demand multiple visits, this went on for weeks, every day someone coming over. One of their staff even e-mail us saying it was bad how many times we had been disturbed.... They then told us that we would DEFINITELY not have to leave multiple times via e-mail. They then served notice on us to leave a few days later... I am not sure they even know what they are doing to be honest because they then tried to withdraw this and say we may not have to. They fail to allocate rent correctly and blame this on you despite me having the proof it has been paid, they then ring you/e-mail you multiple times about this after disappearing off the earth when asking for the leaking toilet to be fixed or the mouldy walls from the leaking toilet water to be cleaned/repaired.... A new update: Today we received threatening e-mails claiming they had been to solicitors, and they would give us bad credit and tell our new landlord bad things on our references and this could affect our housing situation! They accused me of saying things I did not say (have the e-mails). How low will these people go?! We raised a complaint with the managing director, Kieran Chaulker, who was potentially the rudest person I have ever dealt with in business, basically implying for us to F**F. He also accused us of trying to ''bribe'' him?!!?? I am not sure he really understands the meaning of the word, not once did I offer him money for any type of favour.... Strange behaviour! Needless to say this HAS been raised with trading standards and the ombudsman. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS MY OPINION, a decision will be made by the property ombudsman and this will be posted online along with my evidence for you all to see.
