Gabriella is one of those people who is clearly in the perfect job role! Even when things seemed terribly complicated and near impossible she managed to get everything to align and went above and beyond to get our sale through at the necessary deadline! We were also very impressed that we were able to contact her in a variety of ways and therefore we received answers to our enquiries with speed! She managed every step and was in constant contact with our solicitors. Would highly recommend!

Beth has been brilliant throughout my whole experience with Foxtons.
She understood my needs and listened to my feedback. She didn't keep pestering me with properties that didn't fit my brief (like I've found with many other estate agents! )
Due to changes in my personal circumstances in these uncertain times, I'm now having to push back my move to London.
I can't thank Beth enough for her understanding and professionalism during this time.
I'll certainly be coming straight back to her when I'm able to make the move back to London. And I've already recommended her to one of my friends.

We worked with Raxma to find us a four bedroom flat and then a three bedroom flat and honestly could not have asked for a better person to be on the frustrating journey that is finding a flat in London. Raxma is energetic, confident, easy going and most importantly, knows exactly what she is doing. She was constantly touching base with us, asking if we needed anything else and always always have us her honest opinion, even if it meant she didn’t get anything out of it. This was the first time we were looking for flats in London and it was a daunting experience but Raxma made it so easy. She becomes a friend very quickly but is always very professional. I called 3 times and sent two emails confirming the flat I wanted to view- even confirming the day before. It took almost 2 weeks to get a viewing and when I did, Raxma took me to the wrong flat. In the completely wrong area. Which also happened to be nothing like what my requirements were.
Her colleague Giuseppe is not better- he will call and hang up after three rings. Does not leave a message. When you call him back it will be 20 minutes of him scolding you for not picking up as he is very busy. Quite rude and talked over me the entire time I was on the phone.
Why is is so hard to find a letting agent who actually does their job? If I were a selling or a landlord, I wouldn’t use Foxtons because their personnel don’t treat their customers with respect.

I worked with Raxma Abdullahi out of Foxtons Chelsea and had a very positive experience. She was professional, detail oriented, and very candid—three traits that aren’t always synonymous with “lettings agent.” Raxma possesses a strong knowledge of the Chelsea/South Kensington area as well as detailed knowledge of the letting process. This process could’ve been arduous and horrible, but Raxma made it quick and easy to find a flat I loved and make it mine. Thanks, Raxma!

They judge you by the way you look , i was asked if i could afford to pay a place like that...its very insulting!If can't afford i won't even looking at it!Mr Kinan specially has asked me if earned enough for it!Reason why I'm using another agency to rent in the same building., you expect to be treated with respect when looking at a property, end of the day you can not tell if a person has money or not by looks can u?

Thank you Lisa and Jamie Newson-Love for your quick and efficient service. I definitely recommend Foxtons for people that are looking for very nice quality in terms of flats and who need to move asap. Foxtons help you achieve your wishes in the same journey.
Some agencies take a week to process the documents, clean the flat etc
but with Foxtons , things happen NOW. They have enough people and resources to do it and they try their best to make people happy.
They have cars and can show you many flats the same day.

Once the check out report is done you're fucked. If the guy (company) that does the report misses a few items, you'll have to pay for them.
The guy missed a hoover (huge Henry hoover) and a phone and we had to pay for those!
So we paid £50 and £30 for the items the guy didn't report and the £140 for that report!!!

After the property we initially agreed upon was privately let by the landlord, Alfonso emailed me immediately to invite me to view an IDENTICAL flat. Everything went swiftly from there.
