I viewed some rental properties through Foxtons in South Kensington and received a very professional and excellent service. I mostly dealt with Grez, who is one of, if not the nicest lettings agent I have ever met! He is professional, knowledgeable, calm, super friendly and so pro-active in trying to find suitable properties and even making the time to do a last minute and very late viewing. Even though I ended up renting a property through another agent I couldn’t fault the service I received from Grez and Foxtons. Highly recommended.... Read more

Absolute nightmare. Foxtons have failed to deliver on any of their responsibilities. The only time they were really keen on getting things done is when it was our turn to pay 6 months' rent up front. They didn't get the apartment cleaned before our arrival, despite delaying our move-in to allow time for them to do so, they didn't provide a 2nd set of keys, despite promising to do so and were rude and unhelpful every step of the way. One piece of the paperwork we were supposed to provide was missing (because they told me it was not necessary) and one of their agents actually said "Well I'm not letting you move in without [the document]". On top of the advertised admin fees were were presented with around £300 of hidden extra charges as well as a 2% credit card charge, which they failed to warn us about, which again was in the £300 range, their service costing over 2x as much in the end than advertised. I would never recommend them to anyone. I know they have a large range of flats on offer, but I would urge everyone to do their best to avoid Foxtons.... Read more

Issy Foster was extremely helpful with my property search. Issy was very professional and committed. She was responsive and regularly reached out with updates or to check in. I would definitely use Knight Frank again in the future because of my experience with Issy - highly recommended!... Read more

Did not sell the sub £1m property within a 2 month marketing period. However, they got a decent number of viewings in, the marketing materials were good and the team was relatively easy to communicate with.... Read more

One of the most unprofessional dealings I have had with an agency. I made an offer on a property which was accepted. Soon after there were clear signs that the seller was not serious about the sale, constantly stalling and not providing simple required documents to the solicitors. At that point I was ready to just move on and cut my losses. Yet the agent consistently assured me that everything was ok, that they personally knew the seller very well, and were in daily contact. Then after nearly 4 months of wait and empty assurances, they simply advised me that the seller had dropped out, and they couldn't do anything about it! The so-called 'great relationship' with the seller was suddenly non-existent. As a result I incurred significant losses in solicitor fees etc, and missed out on other opportunities. It is also worth adding that during these 4 months I was passed around 3 different agents, including the sales manager himself. I rarely post reviews, but in this case I feel obliged to warn others not to trust this agency's empty words or promises, and to go with your gut instead. Like I should have done.... Read more

The service shown by Olivier Herbu has been exemplary from start to finish allowing us to view and sign for a new flat in a short amount of time. As a first time renter I found that his patience and constant availability (whether by email or phone) made the process far easier... Read more

KFH are a horrible pathetic corporate bag of nails. They are liars. In any other market conditions they'd wrap up in a month and the staff would be back to hairdresser school. I look forward to the day they are done.... Read more

I live in Birmingham but I would go to London at least twice a year, unfortunately sometimes I never got any further than the Harrods store. You could spend the whole day in the store a truly wonderful store, the staff are always very friendly, they Usually have many demonstrations going on. The food hall is very reasonably priced for takeaway food. I love going to the pet department and seeing the pets. I would always go Christmas time and buy one of the Harrods teddy bears, they were made of the highest quality and very reasonably priced, I would then donate this to the Children’s Hospital. If you ever go to London you must go to Harrods store it is a must-visit and no you do not need any money just to visit the store. I will say again the staff are extremely friendly. I can categorically and unequivocally say it is the finest store I have been to anywhere in the world. I cannot wait when one is allowed to travel again, it will be truly wonderful to be able to go and visit London and the Harrods store again. ????????o... Read more

It's a high-end place where you can't think of buying anything but definitely worth the experience. For me although I was not very happy with the experience as there was no place in such a big mall for sitting and relaxing. Every mall I have been to has some sofas in the center where people can sit and relax or some restaurants or cafes. There was no easy way to find the directions in the mall. Even one of the staffs was not aware where the elevators are. There was no directory listing. I was there with a baby and it was so difficult to navigate through the store. The changing room for babies was stinking. I don't think I am going there again or recommending anyone to go there.... Read more
