I went to viewings with Gabriella and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable and arranged many great viewings on top of the ones already confirmed. She made me realise that I could possibly buy in Sloane Square which I'd never thought I could before!
worst agency ever! They judge you by the way you look , i was asked if i could afford to pay a place like that...its very insulting! If can't afford i won't even looking at it!Mr Kinan specially has asked me if earned enough for it!Reason why I'm using another agency to rent in the same building., you expect to be treated with respect when looking at a property, end of the day you can not tell if a person has money or not by looks can u?
Beau and the rest of the team at Knight Frank Chelsea and first class agents. Extremely knowledgable and at the top of their game. Always a pleasure to deal with.
Did not sell the sub £1m property within a 2 month marketing period. However, they got a decent number of viewings in, the marketing materials were good and the team was relatively easy to communicate with.
Eugénie from the Chelsea office at Dexters helped us to find our dream property in Chelsea. Not only she was professional and friendly throughout the whole process but it is so pleasant to find someone who understands both European and English markets in order for us to integrate the concept of leaseholds. Not mentioning the fact that she was able to communicate in Spanish which did make it easier for my parents. Would recommend at any time

Although Dexters didn’t manage to actually let my two Chelsea studio flats...I found Hugh, in particular, to be extremely responsive and very helpful with advice. They had a difficult task with very limited viewings between Airbnb guests but were able to block book viewings in the gaps and were always polite and efficient in notifying me of all viewings ...When the current tenancies expire, I will instruct them again!
I had a good experience with KFH, Marko was the agent that was showing me around and I found him to be friendly and professional. They had a good range of flats to show and Marko listened to my requirements so all the properties we viewed were relevant for me.
Snappy customer service. Extremely well organised with respect to key tagging.
Louis was great throughout the flat-hunting process & has been really helpful since - we found our ideal flat after just one viewing evening with him & he helped us quickly and smoothly get everything signed and sorted. I have since locked myself out of the house & he was quick to drop what he was doing to drive to the flat and let me in. What a legend!
Strange how all the great reviews are in the last month. It's almost like there is some kind of coordinated effort to bury the bad ones.
Had a dreadful experience with these guys. Promised all sorts of demand and delivered 7 people through the door in a 3 month period. Only when I chased them did I get a viewing. Feedback was non existent.
On two occasions my flat was 'sold'. Only it wasn't because both times these 'really solid buyers' pulled out the next day. When called to complain about the level of service they even admitted that they had taken over 20 people to a similar flat in our block (incidentally not sold either).
Having finally grown tired of the ineptitude of these morons I gave the listing to Foxtons. 2 days and 11 viewings later the flat was sold for £10k more than any offer I achieved with KFH.
I was sold on the lower fees. I would strongly advise any other seller to not make the same mistake I did.
Of course the place is spectacular that's not discussed. The setting, the details, the art...everything in Harrods is ideal, not for nothing is an icon to visit in London.
However, human warmth is one of the most significant points in the population of London and in England in general.
In my opinion, give this man a medal. I found him helping a woman with her luggage, as if he were her father, I asked him if we could take a picture together and he accept, joyful as a child. One of the first Londoners I met on my trip and I will never forget...
It's a high-end place where you can't think of buying anything but definitely worth the experience. For me although I was not very happy with the experience as there was no place in such a big mall for sitting and relaxing. Every mall I have been to has some sofas in the center where people can sit and relax or some restaurants or cafes. There was no easy way to find the directions in the mall. Even one of the staffs was not aware where the elevators are. There was no directory listing. I was there with a baby and it was so difficult to navigate through the store. The changing room for babies was stinking. I don't think I am going there again or recommending anyone to go there.
