They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

18th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Danish Ashraf Property Manager at Hamptons has supported me as Landlord to a rental property. I highly recommend Danish for various reasons.<br><br>He gets it ! I mean by default he strongly represents my interests as a Landlord.<br><br>He is imaginative and proactive with solutions to problems.<br><br>Shows he is experienced with his knowledge and thoroughness with all property matters.<br><br>He has never lost his cool - and circumstances at times, have been adverse.<br><br>His reputation obviously extends to the contractors we employ, as they evidently have a good relationship with him - a great benefit to a Landlord.<br><br>And finally he has a great sense of humour - you can get him to chuckle, even with the xxxx is hitting the fan !<br><br>You will be a lucky Landlord if Danish is your PM.

He kept me informed of the sale of my flat in Chelsea and potential purchase of another every step of the way and was always quick to call me back when I needed guidance and give me expert advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an extremely knowledgeable, honest (and patient) estate agent.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
