I contacted Chestertons and Kieran trow contacted me for a property in SW10 he was very professional and responsive at the beginning when we got to the referencing which didn’t even begin he stopped communicating with me and each time I did he didn’t reply and at some point he did but with a negative attitude. He even told me that the landlord stoped talking to him which was very funny and unprofessional I do believe that he was not man enough to tell me that the landlord didn’t like my profil , would I recommend this branch certainly not . So go elsewhere. I did find an amazing property in south ken however do not deal with them .

We were showed three different properties, led to believe our offers stood a chance, then when trying to follow up with Alice, she ignored multiple emails and calls. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in dealing with someone. I understand that the rental market is saturated, but that does not give the right to a company to believe that they hold the monopoly and treat people going through a stressful process with such disregard. Would recommend other agencies.
