Good looking estate but very poor roads

sales women is lying, lots of houses are having issues with brickwork. 3 houses were getting worked on, we asked and she said no issues!

We love the development. Have lived here two months now and it's very quiet, peaceful and the forest at the bottom of the gardens amazing. We fell in love with the house mainly because of the forest and the wildlife, for such a big development it is very quiet. We are right down the bottom out of the way, which we love. The road etc needs to be finished but that's to be expected when houses are still being built. Close to Durham, Newcastle etc too.

My opinion on the Middles Farm estate in Stanley is that the Estate agent Pat is a lovely woman and always keeps you up to date on what is going on with your new build from week to week up until completion she is very approachable, friendly and is very assuring if you need to ask any questions or have any problems.
I would 100% would recommend to buy in this area as it’s quiet and has everything on your door step.

Do not go near this company absolute joke to deal with. Think we had a lucky escape pulled out of the deal 4 weeks before our move as they decided to try and steal our home with a part exchange offer 15k less than agreed. Then we watched the BBC programme with the issue with fire protection in their homes. Stay away Senior Manager are a joke

Avoid! Don’t buy a house from this company, the worst customer service ever can get, they are so nice while you interested the house, once you got the house, any problem with the house they either not turn up or taking few month to sort out the problem, they will never sort out the problem unless you trace them, still would ignored the problem!
