I refuse to work with this company anymore I will never use them they continue to tell me will call me back with a viewing date and never call back as if I have been forgotten

We were so glad we chose David Hawkins estate agents to sell our house. They were professional, friendly and helpful from day one. They charged us £499 incl. VAT. (another well know estate agents in Stanley wanted to charge us nearer to £2,000) and there were no further hidden fees. The first offer came just 6 days of the house going on the market and the staff guided us through the sale. We are so glad we chose David Hawkins and would not hesitate to recommend them or indeed use them again.

The staff are really informative and they go out of there way to help without using pushy sales puches, and the prices are fantastic too.

They dont turn up for viewings. All i hear are bad things about these people. Wouldnt be surprised if they on nightmare tenants rogue landlords anytime soon.

Definitely the worst estate agent in Stanley... county Durham...if not the UK. This lot are so unprofessional it's beyond belief. Identified three properties for investment. Two with Hawkins....first one no call back at all....second one call back 3 days later saying she would call back !!...and still waiting..amazing. Bought the third property via Bennetts across the road. How do they stay in business...??

Owfull people!! Biggest mistake of my life renting from david Hawkins they dont get replairs done they have no conscience what so ever and liers!!! These owfull people have took six months rent upfront and the house im renting from them has a hole in the roof and no loft insulation no fire just radiators.. They have no intention of getting it fixed do not rent from these people

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE..
