Lucy who has become a valuer there fairly recently is enthusiastic and highly motivated. She gave us a realistic price (unlike another agent we spoke to) and this was followed up by great communication from the girls in the office.

The sale of a property through probate is not a welcome task at any time, but the process including appropriate advice and progress updates from the JW Wood team was exceptional. From the time the for sale board went up to the relatively short period before it came down having been sold the service from Chris & Samantha was nothing short of outstanding.

JW Woods were our vendors agent. They had an appointed sales coordinator, however for me the person who stood out throughout this purchase was Clare Richardson. Always professional and willing to help through some testing times. A lovely person to deal with and a credit to the firm.
