Do not waste your time with anyone else!
We instructed Country & Village Homes by Scott Sheen & Partners to sell our sizeable property back in the summer and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. I kid you not! They have been amazing from valuation to popping that fizz!
From the off we were confident. We were provided with exceptional property details, there was immediate action on marketing, and we were provided with the details of the team who would be seeing us through to completion once a sale was secured. This did not take long either, and we were confident that all the viewers we had through the door had been well vetted and were able to proceed should they wish to offer.
The incredible, professional Director, Callum Lamb has guided us through a long chain, which has had its up and downs, as chains tend to do, but along with the amazing team at Backhouse Solicitors under the watchful and exceptionally professional Catie Edwards we are now packing boxes and ready for our move.

I cannot recommend Essex Country and Village Homes enough. My property sat on the market for nearly a year and was neglected by a well known high street agency, their market knowledge and service was appalling. They didn't care.
Darryl provided clear, realistic and outstanding advice from Day 1 and placing the sale of my property in his hands was the best decision I've made.
With appropriate marketing the viewings followed quickly, I was fully informed at all times and a suitable offer was soon received.
Considering this was an investment property sale it was handled well from start to completion with a very competitive rate. If you want an honest agency who actually care and deliver I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been dealing with several estate agents when buying a property and I have to say that Darryl and his team have made the experience very pleasant, efficient, transparent with a high level of service. I would recommend them to anybody buying or selling a property.

Last year I saw this wonderful cottage that I just had to own.
Essex Country & Village Homes organised the sale of my property in Clacton
and purchase of the Thorpe cottage. We experienced several problem with the sale of the Clacton property but due to the sympathetic and professional approach to the situation all worked out well. I would recommend your service.
