3rd Jan 2025 (22 days ago)If you need an Estate Agent who will work their behind off for you and do their utmost to get you a genuine buyer for your home. Mike Vincent and sons Estate Agents will do a professional job and keep you updated throughout. They did an amazing job, extremely professional, friendly and genuine. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I was mainly in contact with David and Ian, but the rest of the team were also superb. Thank you all so much for selling my home so quickly and helping me keep my sanity with such a frustrating sale due to the incompentence and lack of communication from the buyer's solicitor. 16th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Renters/ Tenants make sure you are in the first batch of any viewings on properties you are interested in as you will be told it doesn’t matter and all applications will be considered. Not the case, applications are sent on a day by day basis and if enough are received your viewing will be cancelled on the day.

Just from the initial visit from Matt to value our house I was filled with confidence and knew I didn’t want anyone else to assist with my move and the choice was 100% the right choice. Matt and his team at Peagrams Estate agency provide the highest customer service, going above and beyond expectation and certainly something you rarely receive anywhere anymore. People say moving is one of the most stressful things to do which it is but with Peagrams Estate Agents you are made to feel looked after and confident in that everything is being dealt with at the highest standard without the need for you to even ask or call as you are consistently updated throughout the whole process. Huge thank you to Matt and his team at Peagrams Estate agency for their 5 star service!!

15th Aug 2024 (23 weeks ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff have been great to deal with - from the initial valuation, to the photographing of our house and then the viewings for potential buyers. I can't fault them!
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the first visit to her home, she felt comfortable in their company - they knew the area well, were professional and well prepared. As a result Chamberlain Phillips were able to secure the best deal for her house. They kept in touch with my Mum throughout the sale process and we were grateful when they negotiated a good deal on the property she was buying, something we could not have done ourselves.
