Pleasant, friendly, but gave honest opinions about the property, with good reasons for their valuation. They were enthusiastic about our property, had excellent marketing photos and videos. They gave prompt feedback from viewers. Staff absences always covered. Responded quickly to texts/emails. Sold quickly at a price we were looking for. Dealt with ‘the chain’ (alongside our excellent solicitor) so we didn’t have to get involved. A positive experience.

Recently dealt with Macauley and Amy at Boydens Coastal branch and have to say I was impressed with the effort they made in order for us to view the property we bought.
Nothing was too much trouble including Macauley taking time out of his own bank holiday weekend to allow us a 2nd view as a family.
We instantly felt we were on the same page and submitted an offer on our 2nd viewing . Macauley was honest enough to say our offer was where he’d valued the property.
I have since recommended him to my sister who is now looking in the same area.
Well done to all at Boydens including Gemma who helped push our purchase through as the sale progressor.

I bought a house through Boydens Estate agents, so I can only speak from a buyer's viewpoint. Macauley Smout was the agent that I dealt with. The house I wished to buy was empty, and so it always required someone to arrive with a key, and wait while I looked around. MC had to accompany me several times while I weighed up the pros and cons of buying a house that had been lacking TLC for quite a while. MC was always patient, and never 'pushy'. He also interceded with the owners to get certain unwanted items removed from the property; this could potentially have been a serious sticking point. When I put in my final offer, he expedited the sale with efficiency and sensitivity, and I was able to buy the property for less than the original price.

Very helpful in my search for a new rental, managed to fit my viewing in late to which then I actually received the news I was successful for the property. Good information when it comes to council tax bands, electric rating etc so at least you're not hit with a load of I don't knows to your questions about the property. Professional and well presented, I think the ladies name was Hayley, she was just returning from maternity leave so very understanding of my situation being a working mum and trying to find the ideal home. Also I've spoken to Beth during the process too, thanks for being NH so helpful ladies! ????
Just a more personal experience I feel tofinding a property. Thank you ????

I write this from my new home, thanks to Macauley and Gemma who successfully got me the property I wanted and sold my home, all on the same day! The whole process of buying and selling was made easy with weekly updates from Gemma. Gemma also chased solicitors and did everything to ensure completion went through. Macauley clearly loves his job and I am very grateful for his patience in me wanting to make many visits (some longer than others!) To my new property.
