Adam H at the Beaumont office of Red Rock is the man to see if you want to sell your property. 2 viewings, 1 not so serious and 1 serious was all it took. Second viewing was held and an offer received and accepted in around a week from listing. Offer accepted was 10k higher than the 'start price' another local agency wanted to go with as well. Adam could have just done his bit there and left me to it. However, my buyers became a little bit tough to deal with right at the death and a few days before the completion date, things got a bit silly. Adam stepped in though and not only offered me advice and support (and was the recipient of a few meltdowns via text from me) but also ensured that he worked with all other parties involved and kept me calm and updated, even out of hours. We managed to get the sale away and beat the deadline by 2 hours as well. I have every confidence that without Adam's input, this would not have happened and we would have lost the house we were buying and wasted a lot of money in the process. I would strongly recommend Adam to anyone considering a sale, he is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive and helpful - Nothing was ever to much and we owe him hugely! THANK YOU Adam - You legend! Red Rock are lucky to have you on the team.

Very bad experience with this estate agents.
I was very keen to buy a property, placed an offer a day after viewing and had to keep chasing everyday for two weeks as I couldn’t get any update or clear information what’s going on. Finally Ive been given a response saying that the property has been sold to someone else with a higher offer without giving us a chance to increase our offer or at least letting us know..

Charlie at Red Rock went over and above in assisting me to secure a tenancy on the perfect property for me. He allowed me plenty of time to view the property and consider required space for my furniture. He kept me updated with the progress of referencing and the tenancy agreement was signed within ten days. I cannot thank Charlie enough, because other agents I had approached were most unhelpful. I would highly recommend Red Rock without hesitation. Charlie was professional and worked swiftly and extremely hard in assisting me to find my new home, even delivering the keys! Adam was on the ball and proactive when it came to selling our house, far more than other estate agents we had used previously to RR.
He was also more realistic/honest with the valuation instead of telling us what we want to hear.
Not only for getting the sale, but right through to completion. He spoke to solicitors up and down the chain to keep things moving from start to finish!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RR to anyone looking to sell or to buy through.
