From the moment I spoke to Adam till today, when we exchanged, he has been really friendly, professional and informative. I have recommended Red Rock to everyone I speak to. My house went up for sale on a tuesday and was sold by the thursday. Adam knew I had set my heart on a certain house and he managed to get it all sorted in such a quick turnaround, meaning we get to spend Christmas in our new house. Red Rock didn't come across as your everyday 'estate agents' at first and they found a buyer for my house which is great but a couple of weird things happened after the fact...
One of their team was parked outside our house on the day we were moving out for the whole morning until we handed over the keys. I will add, with minimal interaction or explanation as to why they were waiting for us to move out.
I then received an invoice two months after completion as the fee for them selling our property was not paid because they had not sent the solicitor an invoice (which was requested twice).
My wife and I were pleased with the service but the two points above spoilt the experience.

They can talk the talk i.e. we will show people around your home, we will give feed back on every viewing and we can sell your home!! They can't walk the walk though, they never showed anyone around,, we did, never gave feed back, until I asked only sent 2 people around. Branch Manger very rude and when not selling the same old story put your price down!!!(which we had already done). No selling skills whatever!! Discussed taken off market with these cowboys.

Having had to manage my father‘s estate and sell the house. I looked in the local area to engage the services of the leading estate agents. After seven months one unsuccessful sale and absolutely no sales support I felt it was time to search for an alternative supplier.
After calling round the estate agents I met with Adam who put my mind at ease straight away. Adam clearly had knowledge of the local markets and could easy identify for me why he felt the house wasn’t selling.
So fast forward three months Adams had some paternity leave, and I’ve now got a house that’s been sold and a happy set of buyers.
Adam clearly crafted the sale on the house, then with the help of his team managed to keep me updated with the process. I used Red Rock’s recommended solicitors and they were excellent too, although not a review for them a shout out for Lisa for doing an excellent job. They clearly had a relationship which meant they would talk to each other and got things moving at pace.
I knew that the team were on the end of the phone, should I need to speak to them and they kept me informed throughout the sales process.
If you’re thinking about engaging with an estate agent in the area I couldn’t recommend Red rock highly enough. Adam and the team may be the newer kids on the block, but they clearly know their trades, and how to sell in the existing market which must be the tougher end of the market.
Well done to you all at Red Rock you deserve the success that’s coming your way!

Adam H at the Beaumont office of Red Rock is the man to see if you want to sell your property. 2 viewings, 1 not so serious and 1 serious was all it took. Second viewing was held and an offer received and accepted in around a week from listing. Offer accepted was 10k higher than the 'start price' another local agency wanted to go with as well. Adam could have just done his bit there and left me to it. However, my buyers became a little bit tough to deal with right at the death and a few days before the completion date, things got a bit silly. Adam stepped in though and not only offered me advice and support (and was the recipient of a few meltdowns via text from me) but also ensured that he worked with all other parties involved and kept me calm and updated, even out of hours. We managed to get the sale away and beat the deadline by 2 hours as well. I have every confidence that without Adam's input, this would not have happened and we would have lost the house we were buying and wasted a lot of money in the process. I would strongly recommend Adam to anyone considering a sale, he is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive and helpful - Nothing was ever to much and we owe him hugely! THANK YOU Adam - You legend! Very bad experience with this estate agents.
I was very keen to buy a property, placed an offer a day after viewing and had to keep chasing everyday for two weeks as I couldn’t get any update or clear information what’s going on. Finally Ive been given a response saying that the property has been sold to someone else with a higher offer without giving us a chance to increase our offer or at least letting us know..

He was also more realistic/honest with the valuation instead of telling us what we want to hear.

I needed to find a place to live in a limited time frame. and 17 Priory Park St Osyth was the first place I looked at that was a purchase rather than a rental. First impression on arriving on site was good: well kept grounds and well presented bungalows. Oliver met me and showed me round, and I was immediately struck by the proportions and spaciousness. The two particularly attractive features which I had noted in the online pictures were the proper kitchen, and the impressive conservatory at the rear, not forgetting the easy-care garden. I very quickly realised this was a place to be, and began the process of registering my interest and negotiating on the price, which was a painless process. I was informed of other interest, but from a buy to let company, and was pleased when my offer was accepted.
I was grateful for Oliver's readiness to organise an early moving date should probate and completion on the property be delayed: just as well.
My purchase was complicated by a stroke which occurred a few days later, not too disabling but necessitating a stay in hospital. Again, as my release date approached, I found Oliver helpful in arranging a rental agreement that enabled me to move in on the day of my discharge, facilitating the moving in of my effects even though I was late arriving. The process of lodging deposit and rental was fraught, with my bank querying the outlay as a possible scam, and Oliver was patient with my rather panicky questions, and helpful on site with getting the place habitable.
Completion took a long time, mostly, I believe, because of delays from the property management company, and maybe some crossed wires.
The place has proved ideal, nor=t least because of the available warden and alarm system. I quickly replaced the oven, which had been pointed out to me as defective, and carried out some minor remedial decoration in the kitchen.
The biggest issue turned out to be the conservatory: my condition had meant a thorough survey had been overlooked, and the conservatory proved to have leaks and blown double glazing which made the windows semi-opaque. Once completion was done and the place was mine, I arranged for a complete rebuild - permission from the management company thankfully cane through rapidly. I have also replaced the aging storage heaters with a more flexible and efficient modern system.
Red Rock both presented the place attractively online, and were very co-operative in making my purchase smooth despite the inevitable bumps on the way. I regard myself as the most fortunate of customers.

The beginning of our house sale was quite slow/difficult (not necessarily down to RedRock) and it did take longer than expected after our offer was accepted. When considering employing Estate Agents to undertake a task which is one of the most important and stressful of anyones life, in Clacton RR do not readily spring to mind.
My wife and myself spent a while going over who to use and we had chosen some one completely different.
Following our initial discussions we felt RR oozed class and our relationship grew stronger every day.
Nick Brett one of the Directors was always THE top drawer figure you went to if matters got itchy.
He always unravelled a sticky situation and just made sense every time you spoke with him.
Haydn provides back up and always made sure someone got back to you as quickly as possible.
Our main "go to" was Oliver Coward and we have no words to put to paper the sheer class and quality of this man.
