Express Lettings have been representing me for a number of years now (about 11!) Always had excellent service from the team there - in particular Janine and Sophie, who I deal with on most occasions - very prompt, always very professional and courteous. Makes my life as a Landlord much easier.

Highly recommend. These are a brilliant letting agent. Janine and Sophie are professional and approachable and will get back to you quickly. When anything needed doing it was sorted ASAP. I also got a box of goodies the day I moved in which was a lovely touch.

Eternally grateful to now be free from this letting agents.
The problems began when we needed to renew our tenancy; communication was slow or non existent.
Over the next two years they managed to:
-lose our personal ID documents (in breach of GDPR; we are in the process of reporting them for this)
-take 18 months to fix a thermostat (only done when the gas engineer reported it would break the boiler if we continued to manually adjust it)
- fail to take any action with regards to mold and damp issues (despite obtaining quotes from tradespeople who confirmed the issues and hundreds of pounds worth of damage to our property in the house)
- raise the rent on the property despite there being a pandemic
In the end we reported them and the landlords to the council who have now taken action to hopefully ensure the property is maintained for future tenants. Once I did this that they began to communicate and returned deposit on the house. It shouldn't need to come to legal threats. Avoid.

Brad and Charlotte has been wonderful, they were very helpful, friendly, professional and super responsive. I purchased my 1st property during Covid and they were there to help every step of the way. I am very impressed by them as even a few months after the completion, I had a couple more requests for the seller and they were there to help me. They go above and beyond, I will not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much.

Charlotte and Brad was amazing when it came to us booking a viewing to see the house we had recently just purchased. As we was going through the process of purchasing our home they both was quick at responding to queries we had and was great when it came to information we needed from the seller to speed up the process. Overall I would highly recommend using express sales.

Very disappointing, listed my property with them for a few months and failed to sell. Been listed with another agent for three days; under offer!
Communication was extremely poor, constantly had to chase for an update. Was looking to sell my investment property quickly to a cash buyer; they don’t seem very experience at this!

This was my first time using Express Sales and I wasn't disappointed. From initial contact to completion they have been extremely responsive to any queries I may have had. I never had to chase them for an update as I was always kept up to date with the sale of my property.
On top of the fantastic service provided, I also saved a large amount of money on fees compared to other high street agents.
I would not hesitate in using them again and would advise anyone looking to sell to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Having dealt with Express Sales on previous occasions, both as buyer and seller, I am happy to report that they achieve highly satisfactory and quick results. My most recent property for sale received an offer within days, helped no doubt by Brad's impressive video tour which was filmed to a very high quality and standard. Highly recommended!
