Very bad service possibly scamming and collecting data, Tried to let a property from this company and they made me do a credit check and upload a FULL CREDIT REPORT before I can get a viewing. Apparently the property is no longer available after they got my details. They offered no alternative and was happy for me to go away after collecting all my data and credit report. So where is my data being sold!! In my opinion that’s illegal data protection breach, will take it further.

We recently purchased a property through granger and oaks as first time buyers . All I can say is they were nothing less than amazing. They helped speed everything up and reassured me and my partner whenever we were on edge. From the point of offer to getting keys it only took 6 and a half weeks and this is thanks to granger and oaks helping. I highly recommend them and their service is nothing less than perfect. Jonathan and Bali we can’t thank you both enough and express our gratitude for helping us give our children their forever home and a place to run crazy!

I recently moved out of a property let by Granger and Oaks, that I lived in for over 10 years. Sadly had to leave to move closer to family.
Whilst living there my daughter and myself was treated fantastically. Words would never be able to do justice. Along side their job of caring for the property we felt very much cared for as individuals. I fully recommend anyone - both tenant or property owner wishing to rent out their property to Granger and Oaks.
Thank you all for looking after us for the last ten years. You guys are beyond incredible!

If you need help letting or selling your property, I can fully recommend Granger & Oaks without hesitation. We’ve used them continuously since 2007 when we first started letting out a flat, and during that time we also used them to help sell our main property, and then most recently in July 2023 when the time came to finally sell the flat.
They found various tenants for us over the years, and we never had a missed payment once. I felt I was able to trust their judgment on all issues, which made letting out the flat so much easier.
I have nothing but positives to say about them. Extremely professional, very experienced (it’s clear they have a great understanding of the market), fantastic and prompt communication – just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Over the years the staff have been brilliant, especially Bali during our recent flat sale. The flat sale was tricky due to matters out of our hands, but Bali dealt with it in a calm and reassuring manner, making the whole process run as smooth as possible. She was a credit to company.
A massive thanks to Jonathan and his team for all their help over the years, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should the time arise.

If we would give 10 stars we would. These guys are incredible.
We discovered them by chance in 2016 when we decided to let, rather than sell, the flat our offspring had lived in while at university. From the very start, their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to advise and assist were visibly above and beyond any of the other agents we considered.
While acting as our letting agents from 2016 we have nothing but positives to report, from how they managed the property generally, to advising us of issues raised by the tenant and ensuring any repairs were carried out quicky to our satisfaction. They really do treat their managed properties "like their own", and we knew we could trust their judgement on all issues.
When the time came to sell in 2023, our choice of agent was clear and the whole selling experience ran equally professionally.

Although I didn't get to use the full services of Granger & Oaks, I was very impressed with the initial communications and helpful/ efficient handling of my enquiry. (Should my circumstances change and I needed a letting agent, this company would be my first port of call).

I have nothing but praise for staff at granger & oaks. I have been supported throughout my tenancy any small issues I've had have been sorted with care. I have been helped and guided. In fact the staff ( Bali ) in particular are more like friends. I'd like to thank everyone.

I have been renting my properties through Grainger and Oaks for ten years. During this time they have provided me with a professional, polite and excellent level of service. They have friendly staff with great knowledge and are very helpful in advising in all areas of managing tenants and properties. Providing a full and complete service from finding tenants until they move into the property. I would very highly recommend this company to any landlord who rents their property.

Dont trust this letting agency. They will just after your holding deposit and they will try to find a minor error. I have stable permanent job and passed the salary requirements. Take extra caution when dealing with them. I dont want you to experience what I have experience. I felt robbed and got scam. Honestly no difference from phone scam.

If you wish to have an agency who will care for your property as you would do yourself, then this is the one to choose. They have managed my rental property for almost 10 years, and have always provided an efficient and proactive service. Any issues have been dealt with in a calm and timely manner and their advice, based on their considerable experience or from their own legal experts, has been very helpful over the years. I have always been impressed by their knowledge of the properties that they manage, and their rapport with both tenants and landlords. I recommend them without reservation!
