Eve was great from start to finish with the viewing and tenancy finalising date to the move in date. Very friendly and helpful and quick in her responses. Feel like Whitegates care about the tenants and received a lovely welcome box of freebies on move in which was a nice touch. Adam has also been very helpful sofar also and great communication.

Given the difficulties of Covid this was a satisfactory outcome. The agents didn't have to do much as the market for this type of property in Nottingham was strong. As always with agents, getting information was tricky; many staff were furloughed or working from home but there's always a feeling that once they have found a buyer they can just sit back and wait for the fee to arrive
