What an experience!! Plenty to see and learn and a great place for a day trip. They have a little snack shop inside and gift shop. There are 3 levels to explore with plenty to keep you entertained!! Suitable for everyone, definitely would go again... Read more

This is one of my favorite things I visited while in London. This was one of the most interactive and engaging museums and it was so cool to be on this old tea trading ship. I give this a 10/10!! Definitely do the audio guide through the app. It takes a little over an hour but added so much to the experience. I also appreciated that their guide was also in sign language.... Read more

Five stars as they did amazing work to bring it back to looking like this after the horrific looking fire a few years ago.
But I don't like how they've done the below decks display in the ship with all the AV displays and screens.I'd like to have seen it all original as was when it was working as a clipper all those years ago as they have with the Victory at Portsmouth.Put all the displays outside in the dry dock and load the lower decks up with real tea chests.... Great visit. Very interesting and friendly staff. The kids loved it. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is that it was a bit pricey at 15 quid each. Hard to swallow for a family of 5...... Read more

Key workers get free Entry!!!!!!
Walked in at sometime between 1200 - 1230 hours on 13AUG21. The staff members at the front and ticket desk were beyond professional but warm and friendly. They really need recognition and thanks.
The man giving the oral tour is really attention grabbing.
My children loved it.
Go there guys..... if you're key worker then take your family.... Read more

We had a great day out here, our children loved it unfortunately our little one literally ran from one part of the ship to the next in excitement. There's so much to offer in terms of interaction and history. All of the employees were very friendly and welcoming, the minimum of interaction we saw from anyone was a smile and lots of friendly chit chat. My eldest was especially happy he beat the record journey from Australia to England and my youngest loved playing every tune on the piano (sorry!) We are all looking forward to visiting again and maybe meeting more of the crew.... Read more

Such an experience! I was so excited to check this out. The staff were amazing when we arrived. Guiding us to a tour to begin. Then being encouraged to wonder the full ship was super. The little cafe on site is nice but nothing spectacular. Its the same stock as other establishments like the British Museum. All round an super interesting experience and one I'd definitely recommend... Read more

The kids enjoyed it. The one way system was great! I was impressed with how much you could see and the creative ways they made the one way system to comply. The story about the captain at the end by an actor was excellent!... Read more

This place depicts vividly what was the experience of being a seaman, centuries before the contemporary concept of a sailor existed.
I was not fully aware of the extent that the tea trade had on the development of marine practices, as well as its weight on the British Empire economic machine - until I've visited this place.
Hopefully we'll be back, and will bring our kids along.????????... Read more

You can walk around this piece of history inside and out and gain a real sense of what it was like to be winging around the world on it. It's been restored with great taste and accuracy and a real treat for sailing enthusiasts and everyone else for that matter. Ideally followed by a trip of the river from Greenwich boats adjunct to the ship or whatever it's called. Alternatively, there's a really good pub visible on the corner or lots of good places for lunch or dinner nearby.... Read more
