Rented a property for almost 2 years through Maxine and Fentons. Absolutely fantastic service and couldn’t have wished for a more attentive and friendly letting agent. Property was very well looked after by owner so any problems were limited but anything that did need seen to was dealt with in a quick, professional and friendly manner from Maxine. If we were to rent again, we’d want it to be one through Fenton’s and if we ever decide to rent out our own property then we’d want Maxine to manage it.... Read more

Moved into a property that was disgustingly dirty, wall paper peeling off walls, holes in the living room door, mould in a corner of the bedroom and faulty storage heaters. Quickly moved out of of property. Landlord/letting agent did not use the my deposit Scotland scheme.... Read more
