Absolute shocking company hang up when asking a simple question about the deposit am owed to be told well we have 30 days so u can wait ridiculous and the lady well i say lady jo is the most disrespectful person with a attitude for someone who is an estate agent.update spoke to a gentleman today whom sorted out my query within a few hours so i think one bad apple tbh the lady

Recently bought a property via Bell Ingram’s Oban branch. I rarely write reviews but felt that the service I received was one of the most positive estate agent dealings I’ve had. The staff (Laura and Mari) were responsive, helpful and upfront about the negotiations between myself and seller rather than being woolly and having the feeling you’re being slightly played against other interested parties which I’ve experienced in the past with house purchases.
