I can't recommend Ashley at Harmony Homes highly enough. She handled the sale of my late mother's house with ease and professionalism from beginning to end. Ashley organised surveys and repairs fo me and put me in touch with a solicitor to carry out my side of the sale. She organised viewings and had several offers for me within a matter of days. The property achieved considerably more than the valuation, all thanks to Ashley's efforts. Her communication is excellent, and she went above and beyond in every way for me, making a sad process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend Harmony Homes enough. From the initial phone call enquiry, right up until the settlement day, they couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE: Having to sell family home due to personal circumstances. I came across this Estate Agent sent a message, received a courtesy call from Ashley who was understanding, gave great guidance and very friendly. Decided to meet up show her round, and felt reassured, she advised me of how it works, rather than you having ti do all the chasing via solicitors, she would liaise with all party’s, updating me with everything. We then had a photographer with a Drone and a surveyor that same hour, and to my surprise I received the video footage & survey report. Then Ashley uploaded it selling it less than two weeks kept intouch with updates, & All I can say is WOW, very swift & efficient service, If I could rate it more I would. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARMONY HOMES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A QUICK TURNAROUND!. This is the girl for you, liaised with the solicitor & the buyer at a blink of an eye, done and dusted. I cannot thank Ashley enough for everything she has done for me when we were selling our property from start to finish she kept us updated throughout every process answering every question we had and nothing was too big of an ask. Our property sold within a few days of being on the market. I would 100% recommend using this company they really do go above and beyond for their clients.
