Before I bought my first property I went window hoping from agent to agent, I walked into Filey properties and Arzu was there to help! she was the first agent that made me feel special and gave me all the knowledge I needed to know in order to buy a property and made me aware of things that went wrong for other buyers so I know not to make the same mistakes. She's very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and always with a smile.

As a tenant of my first rented property I am incredibly put off by estate agents because of these guys.
I don’t usually post reviews but this was a must. After a year of renting a property with these guys I want to give others who are considering to rent with them the opportunity to avoid this unwanted and painful experience. Phone calls ignored, no call backs, issues with the property unsolved not to mention the amount of work done by their suggested in-house builder at the standards of a toddler messing around with plaster. Absolute joke, don’t believe me? Give them a try!

I live abroad.
I wanted to buy a flat from Filey property for buy to let. Arzu from the estate agency was very helpful. There was issue with the council and I did not buy the flat.
Arzu helped me to look at few flats in Edmonton and Tottenham. Finally I came to the UK and I went with Arzu and saw a flat at Tottenham which I liked. I kept in touch with Arzu for advice and guidance as I live a braid and have no much experience in London. Arzu was always helpful , trustworthy and honest. I have decided to give the flat to Arzu to manage it and let it in the guaranteed rent scheme which is offered by Filey .
I strongly recommend this agency as they are honest and helpful especially Arzu.

Very good estate agents with a team of friendly, proffesional and attentive staff. Serkan, Songul and Ilayda all have been very helpful and I am glad to have chosen to work with them. As a Landlord who had to deal with difficult tennants I can honestly say that the team in Tottenham helped my situation in the best and most proffesional way possible so I would definetly reccomend to family and friends.

Terrible service. They never return the calls or answer question. Serkan and Ilayda are the worse people. I rent a house and on the next they they kicked me out of the house. They also refused to give my money back. If you thinking of renting a place or buying any property from them I suggest you to be very cautious.

This agency is disgusting, they threw our confidential documents on the street also stole our belongings. The customer service very rude and disrespectful, especially Serkan&Songul.

I have never been more insulted in my life. The customer service is horrendous and I still haven't recieved my money back!! I've been trying to contact them regarding this but got an email back saying that they've never served me before?! I'm deeply offended and if I could give zero stars I would..DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Landlords beware! I have rented my property to Filey for around 4 years under their 'guaranteed' rental agreement. After notifying them in advance about my decision to not renew my contract, we agreed on a checkout date for their tenants. I have been chasing my overdue rent since (over 7 months now). Having ended communication with Filey, I will be taking legal action against them for rent and damages to my windows caused by their last tenants which they refuse to fix claiming its wear and tear.

As inexperienced landlords we needed support in finding a suitable tenant and the trust that we could leave our property with a company that cared about this as much as myself and wife.
We met with the Senior Manager called Serkan from Filey Properties and was instantly impressed with his passion. He spent the first part of our meeting explaining his role within the company and explaining this was a family run business that took pride within the local community for the service it offered. We discussed the letting of our property and felt at ease with the knowledge that they would keep us informed once they had found a suitable tenant and how they would advertise our home with professional looking photos.
Since the agreement to let our property, We have been in regular contact with Serkan’s assistant Songul. She has been informative and provided us with a warm welcome to Filey Properties which makes us secure in the knowledge we have done the right thing. I have since been in contact with Songul regards arranging a few things within the house we needed to have completed and she has replied and sorted this out immediately.
We both fully recommend Filey Properties, Serkan and Songul have been a pleasure to deal with and I have found the service impeccable.

Went in to ask about a property that I'm interested in and that I have viewed online, went inside, nobody around, one lady sitting by her self in the middle, doesnt know how to talk, doesnt know anything about what shes doing, absolutely clueless, treated me like dirt, no eye contact, kept sulking huffing and puffing as if Im giving her a headache, I left kindly without saying anything. never will I step foot into that lettings agency, worst I've been to.
