Excellent service from Mark and his team.
Mark was in regular contact by phone and email with updates and advise on the sale of my house. He was proactive in pushing the exchange of contract through when there were a few hurdles and my buyers spoke very highly of him.
His recommendations for my solicitor and surveyor were 1st class. I highly recommend Bennett Walden.

Excellent service!! From beginning to end of the rental process, Mark and Aaron were super helpful and friendly. They even found me a reliable ‘man with van’ to do the move! Renting through Bennet Walden was a really positive experience. Mark was highly responsive to emails, promptly addressed any issues in the flat, and was accomodating to any requests from our end. As both an estate agent and landlord, he made the rental process smooth, stress-free and very transparent. I would highly recommend Mark and this agency.

service 10/10. It started in July by August both buyer and their solicitors were missing. I was depending on my estate agent to offer me some service. Communication poor on their part. I was taken aback when I was shown other properies by (my estate agent)not of the standard and at a fair price by Bennett & Walden alarm bells rang loudly.
Thank you, Bennett & Walden, for support, advice, information, powder and everything in-between.. I would have been section under the Mental health Act had it not been for Bennett & Walden
This is not lip service , I don't give praise often.

As a first time buyer Mark and his team very incredibly helpful at guiding me through the buying process and helped liaise between myself, the seller and our solicitors. I would definitely recommend using them and will hopefully look to use them in the future when it comes to selling!

Mark from Bennett Walden has been very patient and professional with us throughout our journey and managed to secure us a beautiful Edwardian house we wanted despite us losing our own first buyers a few weeks ago. He showed us the house as many times as we needed to see it, he answered all our inquiries professionally and without hesitation. It was refreshing to deal with someone who did not exaggerate or use tactics to manipulate the buy! He negotiated the price we offered, he liased with the vendor to wait for us to find another buyer and he never put any pressure on us about anything. I will not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team for these reasons plus the fact that he knows Palmers Green very well.

Dodgy agency. Do not want to sign the contract before the lease starting date???? Regress scheme will be notified. Insane! Tenants have to be sure they have home before they are leaving current address!!! Get a grip guys

Very happy with Mark's service, everything was managed very well from the first phone call to completion and exchange. The fee is competitive, advice given along the way was reasonable and appropriate and any phone calls and emails were always dealt with promptly. Straight to the point, no time wasted, gets the job done. Would recommend.
