I am a new landlord with Bennett Walden and they are fully managing my property and, compared to the last managing agents I used, (Empire Homes, which I would advise all landlords and tenants to avoid! They are absolutely atrocious, I have left a review online as to my experience with them). Bennet Walden are absolutely fantastic. Met all my requirements in the type of tenants I wanted, a quick turnaround around in securing the right tenant and throughout kept me fully informed and took all the pressure off me, which is what a landlord needs. Extremely professional and lovely to finally work with an agent where I know they will take care of my property. Mark and Aaron are gentlemen to deal with and I cannot thank them enough for restoring my faith in managing agents.

We had challenges along the way and Mark was always on hand to give advice, keep us calm and provide a sense of perspective. His demeanour is very positive and the depth of his experience helped to reassure us in moments that could become quite stressful. service 10/10. It started in July by August both buyer and their solicitors were missing. I was depending on my estate agent to offer me some service. Communication poor on their part. I was taken aback when I was shown other properies by (my estate agent)not of the standard and at a fair price by Bennett & Walden alarm bells rang loudly.

Just completed on my daughter's flat in Chingford. Had 11 viewings and four offers outbidding each other to achieve a sale price 13,000 pounds above the asking price.
Once sold Mark went into action, working tirelessly to complete the sale, dealing with the surveyors, solicitors and buyer - chasing them up when necessary and keeping us informed by phone and email of all stages of the sale.
I've lived in Palmers Green since 1986 and have used Bennett Walden before. I've found they have a wealth of experience, are helpful and always have time to advise and answer your questions.

Bennett Walden is very lucky to have the turbo charged, tenacious, methodical, logical, level headed Mark Brinkley who gets the results if you are lucky enough to have him handle your purchase or sale. Don’t let the calm exterior fool you. This estate agent is writing the book. Honesty, trustworthiness and patience are a few more adjectives that spring to mind. My case was very difficult. Where I flagged and ran out of steam, (and I have a lot of steam) Mark would re ignite the process and finally we got the desired result.

This firm is one of those good old fashioned estate agents that you can trust. I would heartily recommend listing your property with them. The valuations are fair and they work tirelessly for their clients. We are renting a property through BW and I have to say their level of professionalism and enthusiasm is second to none.
The moment we moved in we were greeted with a welcome hamper full of home-wear vouchers, nibbles, wine etc.

We used Bennett Walden to sell our flat in Barnet. And even though this was not their usual area, Mark Brinkley was amazing. He was always responsive and got us a number of offers decide from but his hard work didn't stop there!
The hardest part about a sale is getting it over the line and our buyer was difficult but Mark kept the ball rolling, kept in contact with all other parties and event all the solicitors too. I am pretty sure our chain would have fallen down without Mark - we really are so grateful for all he did to get to completion!

At a very difficult time for my family, Mark and Reina of Bennett Walden have been incredibly supportive, kind, helpful, resourceful and effective in selling our mother's house. I am very happy with them, I rent a house like 4 years ago and they always been there for me, no problems at all, they are always very helpful and also very flexible, you always have a notification from them if they close for any holidays like Christmas time etc...and you will always have an emergency contact in case something happens, staff there is very friendly and warm, Mark and Reina are always in touch with you,so no nightmares or frauds like many agencies in London, no strange payments or weird contracts, they are very professional and I am so gladly I found a place like this. Incredible personal service, made to feel like high value clients (which we weren’t). Nothing was too much and the team worked extremely hard in the face of constant obstacles, delays and frustrations. I have no doubt many agents would not have taken this to completion. Just no comparison with online agents who (in my experience) would not have dealt with the unexpected hiccups anywhere near as well as BW. Unquestionably fantastic value for money.

We really can’t thank Claudia, Susan and Mark enough for how they dealt with the sale of our house. Despite multiple issues either side of us in our chain they were enthusiastic, professional, honest and personable throughout and we felt very comfortable with them.
They were very effective while being completely unlike the usual pushy, brash, insincere agents that seem to be the norm. They seemed to care about us as individuals and, unlike others, were not purely focused on the commission.
The proposed selling process and tactics were well explained in advance and we were very pleased with both the organisation and quality of photos and floorplan.
They arranged multiple viewings in a very short period of time, received good offers almost immediately and, following their negotiations, we sold at the price we wanted – which was above that suggested by other agents. They chased every issue up and down the chain and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
There’s nothing more to add. We really enjoyed dealing with them and have already recommended them to friends.

My mother recently sold her house through Bennett Walden and we were really impressed with them. We saw a few agents and Mark Brinkley easily stood out as the best. He's personable and professional with a real knowledge of the area (Lakes Estate, Southgate). Mark was accurate in his valuation which was borne out in the offers received and the agreed sale price when another local agent had valued the house at a staggering £100,000 less! The team at BW are lovely and feel more like a family than an estate agent. They remained patient, focused and in touch with our individual circumstances throughout and at no point did we feel like just another client they were getting their commission off.

As a landlord I have been Bennett-Walden in Palmers Green for the last five years. They currently rent my properties with full management. During the last five years any problems that have arose, have been dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner. After three unsuccessful and frustrating months on the market with another Estate Agent, I was referred to Bennett-Walden by my Estate Agent where I am relocating to. Mark came in and took over. He took fantastic, professional photographs and provided a write -up which did the property full justice. As this was just five days before Christmas, I was doubtful anything would happen. An offer was gained from the open house four days before Christmas, and I haven't look back. The team have been wonderful, especially Susan who has calmed my stress ridden panicks. We will complete soon and Bennett-Walden have helped massively in making that happen.

I was selling my flat and tried a couple of estates agents for reviews, advice and suggestions.
I found Mark and his team from Bennett & Walden Palmers Green office N13, to be the most practical, gave good advice and nurtured me through the process.
It has changed so much in the years that I have been buying and selling property and I was totally unaware of the new guidelines and procedures
Anybody who sells or buys a property with out an estate agent frankly needs their head examined. The whole process is stress inducing and mind numbing. The fees are reasonable and well worth it as it took my property through to completion
Also I want to thank the removal company B&W suggested Empire removals, 2 lovely lads who worked quickly and professionally to clear flat and garage. Thank you so much to one and all.

This is my first ever review, I normally do not do this type of thing, however I wanted to share with people my positive experience with Bennett Walden Estate Agents.
We had used them a few years ago to find suitable tentants for our rental property and they did not disappoint.
So when it came to deciding on an agent to sell our home it was not a difficult decision. It felt less stressful with them dealing with the sale, as the level of professionalism and service received from Mark and his team was great.
Should I ever need an agent again I would definately use them.

I have dealt with Bennet Walden for many years now and I can honestly say that as a landlord I find the service second to none.
I must say that I have found Mark and Claudia very professional, courteous and honest in my dealings with them. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past and found them disappointing. It is truly a breath of fresh air to have finally found estate agents that are a credit to their profession.
The staff are absolutely amazing and the business is run more like a caring family business that care about the individual that they are dealing with wether it’s the buyer, seller, landlord or tenant.
