27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)They either have fake property ads (sales) on Zoopla, or are not trained enough to find them in the system. I had to call a few times to get through to lettings that put me through to sales (the same person picked up) and tried to get me to view something else even though the property is not marked as 'under offer' or 'sold' so it does feel a bit scammy to me especially that the pictures of the property were super blurry, like screenshots from other sites perhaps.

She was always available to answer any questions or queries I had and was determined to help me find the right place for me. She was prompt, transparent and a friendly person to deal with. I will definitely reach out to her in the future again if I need a new place !

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. You can't go wrong with Nick and Benham & Reeves, 5 stars.

I needed this house fast and she sorted that for me. She made the process really easy and stress free. Couldn’t recommend more. I am so thankful and grateful.

24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

They provided valuable guidance on how to prepare our property for sale and ensured it was showcased in the best possible light leading to a lot of attraction and most notably a quick sale at a good price. Nothing is too much trouble and if she doesn't get an answer one way she tries another. Hayley deserves all the praise possible for her dogged determination. 100% a star.
5th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)If you're looking to rent in the current market you will no doubt be struggling as I was until I contacted Sean Hanly at Bridges Lettings. From the first minute on a call through to securing a rental, Sean went above and beyond to help navigate through to successfully find a new home. I had been looking for ages and within 24 hours from talking with Sean he had helped me do that. He is an absolute Legend, incredibly knowledgable of the area, clearly cares about his clients and really listens to what you are looking for in a home. It is clear he takes pride in being the best and getting the best results for his clients. The positive and professional experience continued through Sean's team. Claire Ing was nothing but efficient and considerate, communicating through the application process and referencing. Making time to call and reassure me at various stages. A massive thank you to Sean and Claire!

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

9th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.- 23rd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Foxtons Wood Green are very incompetent. They’ll charge you for days that you haven’t spent in a house. I left the property in March and they insisted that my family had to pay an extra month until April which is absolutely ridiculous. We were over charged £348.60 which, they refuse to refund and they tried to charge us over 4K by accident, how a company could make such a huge mistake will never make sense to me. Dealing with foxtons has been a nightmare and staff are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend!

He was professional, efficient, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the market and dedication to finding me the perfect place made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely use their services again in the future.
