I rang this morning to speak to an agent regarding a property To Let. I was asked questions regarding how many people were hoping to stay in the property which was fine and professional and I had no issue with that as that’s her job. However, I spoke about my living arrangements to the agent and asked if she could speak to the landlord and for her to call me back. She however scoffed and was very adamant on how I should be living and became rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for her name which she didn’t offer back as I wanted to speak to another agent as I found she was being very rude. I also mentioned she was being rude and so she scoffed and cut the phone mid conversation. (There should be a recording for training purposes to show I’m not lying and that your customer service should be improved). I understand my living arrangements is not something the landlord would be happy with but this could have been advised nicely and in a professional manner.
Saying this, she rang me back a minute later (which I was happy about) but again was spoken rudely to. She asked me if I was available at 3 30 (guessing she spoke to the landlord and he was okay with the living arrangements). However I asked her where she was calling from and what her name was as she didn’t mention that once I answered. I then declined the offer for a house which I was very excited to see, all because Dee had poor customer service.
I’ve seen good reviews with a lady named Glen which I now hope would have had the pleasure of speaking to instead. I’m surprised an agent could be that rude and unprofessional. If you could please train certain members of staff that would be very beneficial for your company. I’m surprised and saddened by the conversation I had with her.

Could not recommend highly enough! Me and my partner were in a rush to move in within a extremely short space of time and thanks to the help of Focus Property Sales and especially Miglena they made this possible and I can't thank them enough. We would like to place on record our deepest appreciation of the outstanding efforts put in by both Glen and Miglena in dealing with the very protracted sale of our apartment. They were outstandingly friendly and helpful and professional at all times and put themselves out to expedite completion at the 11th hour of 5th April - the close of the financial year. We would unhesitatingly use their services again and cannot speak too highly of them both.

I would absolutely recommend using Focus. Glen and Megi were incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding to emails and phone calls even out of hours - which is very useful when balancing a house search & full time work. When we wanted additional information, further viewings and during negotiations with the seller, they were only happy to help everyone
Dee conducted our viewing and went into great detail on the property, answering all questions & ensuring the experience was positive
Prior to using Focus, I viewed several properties with Knightsbridge, but there is really no comparison, the level of service & attitude of the Focus team was a step apart. For any houses I choose to buy or sell in the future, Focus will be the first people I call

Wow... what can I say! Words don't do this business and the people justice! What a lovely bunch of PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND FRIENDLY people! I can't thank these guys enough for the support and guidance throughout the ENTIRE process! Sooo efficient, easy to get on with and they were with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! They made me feel like family! Anytime I wasn't sure of anything I could pop in, call or email and at the drop of a hat there was ALWAYS a solution to anyyy problem! Can't thank them enough and I would recommend EVERYONE who is considering buying/selling a property to utilise this gem of a company FOCUS! Real bittersweet feeling on completion... sweet because the job was done... however miss the fact that I don't get to be involved with this incredible group of people anymore! Until the next time! Definitely coming back if I ever need these types of services in the future!

Very bad service?It seems that the staff are lazy to do their duty! Icontacted them on 31January2024 to arrange a viewing, After I fill the form.I did not receive any answer regarding the viewing date. I'm still waiting for a response, and so far there is no answer?

Glen really impressed me when he came round for the first time to give me a house valuation. He really knew the market, suggested an asking price significantly higher than my other 3 sales valuations and found me a buyer at that asking price within 3 days of 'going to market', and we completed the sale without a hitch on the 19th of January 2024. I dealt with Megi throughout the sales process which was invaluable, since I live 160 miles away. She kept visiting to house for me to give access to enable charitable collections of furniture. She saved me several long journeys over to the house by doing this, so I can't thank her enough! Focus should have a motto for their excellent agency: "Above & Beyond and Going That Extra Mile"!!

Glen has helped me both rent and sell my properties recently.Despite the instabilities noted in the property market I felt very secured and assured with Focus property dealing my case because Glen is extremely knowledgeable,has vast experience of the property market ,commited to excellence and trustworthy.
Glen's negotiation skills are first-rate and consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. Megi also went out of her way to arrange and chase inspections, collected certificates that expedited the sale .
Throughout the journey, they demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation.I would recommend Focus property to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent their property. I would like to thank both Glen and Megi for their excellent service.
