Over a 4 month period, a number of issues were uncovered during the works but I was kept up to date on progress through to completion and finally the letting of the property. We would like to express our gratitude to all the members of staff, and there were quite a few that we came into contact with, for helping us with the recent purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one.
We can honestly say that they have been the very best estate agents that’s we have dealt with, and there have been a few! Each and every member of staff were so efficient, friendly and courteous and we spoke that often to them they all seemed like friends!
Our purchase and sale have not been without their problems but the staff at Knightsbridge have been there by our side every step of the way. The sale was particularly fraught with problems but Knightsbridge never gave up on us. For the purchase and sale their advisors were in contact with us every week keeping us informed of what was happening along the process. This was so appreciated as all to often you are left high and dry with hardly any contact from the agent therefore not knowing just whereabouts you are in the process.
Knightsbridge are not the cheapest on the market but we feel they are worth every penny that we paid.

Knightsbridge are a reliable , efficient and supportive estate agent. I found them a pleasure to deal with, all the staff from back office to customer facing have been well trained and have the highest standards of customer care. I had physical ill health whilst the sale was underway and the team could not have been more helpful, in fact ,without Samantha, the Sales Progressor, I do not think completion would ever have happened.
