I’ve had the incredible pleasure of liaising with Chris! He was incredibly responsive and kind and has helped us tremendously in finding our first home. From that initial phone call, I knew I was in good hands! He secured us a viewing almost immediately, talked us through all of the relevant next steps and checked in with us daily to make sure that everything was running smoothly and to timelines. Absolutely outstanding customer service from the whole team at Knightsbridge! I have always found it to be a warm, welcoming and friendly environment to walk into. Chris is absolutely amazing, always there with a smile, and engages in conversation no matter how busy or under pressure, Chris also shows genuine concern, care and is extremely supportive. I have had consistent outstanding service from Kym on the lettings side, for many months now, I have found Kym to be always extremely approachable, pleasant, genuinely helpful, always making time for you, and have felt constantly valued and supported, and responds in a timely manner. I have recently began the journey of looking for a new home, and have found Bethany in the sales team to be also extremely helpful and respectful, and values you as a person. I put my late Mother’s home on the market in November 2022, just when the market collapsed. Bethany Fletcher was sales negotiator, she was always positive & polite. We had several offers which fell through, Bethany was straight back chasing up potential purchasers. With her advice we had some decorating done and new photos of the very long garden, within days I had 2 offers and a sale. Whilst the sale was going through we put our own home up for sale with Knightsbridge, Bethany being our sales negotiator for this property. We are now SSTC after a few month on the market, then with many viewings and a couple of low offers. Then we had 3 offers within 24 hours. Bethany spent hours talking to us and the prospective purchasers, advising us on best course to take.
Bethany has been brilliant and all the team have always been great, polite, professional and friendly.

Received a recommendation via my partner that Knightsbridge Estates, Queens Road provide excellent lettings management and tenant finding services. Supported initially by Luke St Clair and then Chris Corbishley-Forbes to get something organised and they've been really helpful. Being new to this they've been super patient and helpful when getting the property ready to rent and securing a tenant. Would highly recommend.

I have been househunting for the past 3 months, dealt with endless estate agents and I was getting very sick of their couldn't care less attitude.
I enquired about a property managed by Knightsbridge, I wasn't expecting much due to my poor experiences with other companies but I was incredibly wrong!
I spoke with Chris who was helpful from start to finish, he went above and beyond and has kept me up to date throughout our proceedings so far. Even if I miss a call he will leave a VM and even call back. A credit to Knightsbridge - thank you for everything so far.
