Further to my previous review, having now completed the purchase I would like to mention Jessica Reading. We were handed over to her post acceptance of our offer and she supported us through the process. It was such a pleasure to deal with her, receiving regular weekly calls just to keep in touch. All correspondence was handled with efficiency and utmost professionalism.
Jessica is credit to the team at Knightsbridge. In fact every member of their staff that we had any interactions with were so helpful I cannot stress how much we appreciated the support.

I just wanted to write this review in recognition of Bethany Fletcher. I would like to highlight her hard work, patience and dedication to us as a prospective client when we recently met and successfully viewed a property.
This area of Leicester was new territory for myself and Beth had in-depth and honest knowledge and advice for the area we were considering. Time was not on our side in terms of availability to view properties and she skilfully only spoke and booked viewings that met our requirements. This in itself is a rare quality!
We are truly thankful that we had the pleasure of meeting Beth and felt that during the initial negotiations nothing was too much trouble for her including weekend contact which for us was so helpful. She definitely gave me a feeling of confidence and that she was doing everything she could to secure the sale for us.
Being taken seriously as a buyer and first impressions are in my experience of purchasing property so instantly important. Again this is a skill that Beth possess, I felt it from the moment we met and throughout subsequent conversations.

Lettings Manager: Chris Corbishley-Forbes and the rest of the lettings team made the whole experience of moving to a rental accommodation very easy and clear. Much more engaged in providing customer service for both the tenant (myself), and I assume, the Landlord as well, than other estate agents I have encountered in the UK. Highly recommend.
