We sold our house in Leicester with Barkers. It wasn't the easiest time to sell as the Covid lockdown caused quite a few issues and delays but our experience with Barkers was nothing but positive. Annette and her team are a very professional outfit, they are trustworthy, pro-active, good communicators and offered good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can recommend them for house selling or buying in the Leicester area.

We have had very poor experience some of the estate agents in Leicester (won’t name or shame them) and had written off Leicester as a city with bad estate agents. Very unprofessional especially when it came to getting back to clients, call backs, meeting specific requirements.
Fortunately over the year or more had excellent response from Jack Osborn who works for Barkers in Leicester which made us hopeful.
We werent able to take the property that Jack showed us, as the one we got matched our criteria more but I must say that Barkers is lucky to have a person like Jack Osborn. Very professional, didnt waste our time, gave us plenty of options to chose from, friendly and best of all called us back when he said he would.
I can sing his praises but they would fall short.

Very impressed with the service. Despite all the difficulties with covid, Victoria, Emanda, Annette, Jack and Jack helped to rent, then sell my place, sorting out all the issues along way in a friendly and professional manner. Would recommend.

Excellent estate agent! Everyone in there, both letting and sales, were so friendly and helpful, that even my dumb questions didn't seem stupid. They have taken so much stress out of the process of me and my family moving house, that all I am now worried about, is will all our stuff fit in the new place? They also help with moving contact details for utilities etc. Will definitely go to these guys first in the future, as my previous experience with some other agents has been somewhat terrible!

I appointed Barkers to sell my flat as they had provided great service previously. I was not disappointed this time. Jack came to value the property and his friendly and professional approach was much appreciated. After a careful appraisal he confidently suggested a sale price that was above our expectations. When we received a very good offer within one week of going on the market by the first person to view it we were very impressed. The sale was quite prolonged but throughout the process we were kept well-informed by Fiona who communicated very effectively with all parties and really gives estate agents a good name. Jack and Fiona - you are a credit to Barkers! I am a happy customer and would recommend you to others.
