I live in Canada and was coordinating the purchase of a property for my 90 year old father. Working with Solicitors from overseas was like herding cats. Follwells served as a useful liaison between myself, the vendors and solicitors. Good job :-)

Folwells are outstanding!
A couple of years ago we sold my Mum’s house with them and they were brilliant. Recently we have sold my home through them and again they were second to none!
Mandie, Michelle and Emma are so good. Friendly and helpful but always professional. They keep you informed every inch of the way, completely faultless. They do everything for you, making the whole process as stress free as possible.
I had a lovely good luck card sent to my new home too.

Follwells sold our 3 bedroom town house in Newcastle-Under-Lyme in record time. We took John's advice on how to present the house and we secured two viewings on the first day and received two asking price offers. After the Follwells team negotiated with both interested parties we accepted an above the asking price offer and moved into our new home 8 weeks later.
