They did call me back once, but then never followed up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone list a property with them. Based on my experience, their listings feel like clickbait. Avoid.

From the viewing, throughout the process (which was incredibly quick!) they have been absolutely fantastic! Simon and the team were brilliant and kept us informed throughout each stage! 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

27th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. As a landlord, I’ve found their property stewardship to be second to none. We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
10th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I've just moved into a property let by Belvoir had the best experience from start to finish the team helping were brilliant and the process was quick and easy a big shout out to Sharon who did the viewing with me lovely lady and so bubbly answered every question I had and if she didn't know the answer she would find out and let you know as soon as she could .absolutely brilliant

26th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
