The team at Bridgfords, especially Ross, kept us up to date throughout the purchase process and couldn’t help enough with any queries we had. 10th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

6th Jan 2025 (9 days ago)The sale of my Uncles Property completed recently and I can only commend Michelle and the team at Davis White and Perry for the professional manner in which it was conducted . The process was conducted with minimal intervention by myself as Michelle arranged and accompanied all viewings and a site visit from the surveyor . I was informed of every development and given advice from valuation to completion and received excellent service from a local company with expert knowledge of the locality and market .

We had a particularly negative experience with a different estate agent when trying to buy previously but Lisa, Sharon and Jonathan were all fantastic in every interaction we had with them. They were diligent, communicative, efficient, open and a joy to deal with. They really went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase completed successfully, and to an expedited timeframe as we needed due to our circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend AJ Reid to anyone.
