House left in mess but we are supposed to be grateful 'at least they didn't trash it' No protection at all , they couldn't get the last two months rent so it had to be taken out of the deposit. Money down the drain we could have done a better job ourselves. Don't be kidding yourself you have any protections wasting money by paying them as lettings agents - you wont have any.... Read more
