We moved house between the lockdowns in September 2020. It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

The entire team at Barbers Rural have exceeded our expectations of an estate agents service on the speedy sale of our home in Knighton. From the initial valuation meeting right through until completion of sale and beyond, the team exercised professionalism, understanding of both our personal and sensitive selling situation, and provided sound and well thought out advice, working with us closely to achieve both our sale and purchase goals, even though we were purchasing out of area. I can't recommend them highly enough.

When you like one of their properties they will chase you till you accept a lower offer on your own house. One week after sending you a condition of sale which gives you exclusivity on the property it will still be on the market. They will then sell it to someone else costing you thousands. Do not trust them at all!
