Goldman Greg is good on paper but fails to deliver. My flatmate and I have been living in a flat manged by Goldman Greg and we have faced a series of issues over the past 2 years: all the appliances broke down at a certain point, vents in the bathrooms (both without a window - one is located in the basement room that does not have an opening itself) are not working, radiators are corroded, heating is currently not working properly and affects our energy bills, there is a leak from the pavement in the basement room, lighting fixtures are burned, and so on. While during the first year the agency was quite proactive, as soon as we agreed to renew the contract for a second year (with an initial increase proposed by them of 20%) they suddenly stopped caring. We have had countless visits from their partner technicians Polyteck but nobody ever followed up (e.g. we reported the vent issue, which is affecting the entire housing, in April 2023 and it still needs to be fixed - apparently it has been a problem since forever). No idea what is the point of having an agency dealing with the property if then nothing is fixed. We have to act as policemen to get replies like "we need to check and get back to you soon". Definitely would not recommend.... Read more
