After a first attempt to sell our flat with one of the biggest real estate agent in UK, we mandated HSR for the sale of our flat earlier this year. Tom and Javier were in charge and they successfully managed to source offers in 2-3 weeks. After tough negotiations with potential buyers, we finally accepted an offer. The process has been longer and more difficult than initially expected. That being said, Tom invested a lot of his time and energy to manage the buyer / his sollicitor and to get the deal over the line. We were pleased having HSR and Tom managing the sale of our property. They have a strong knowledge of the area and surroundings which is what we were lacking during our first attempt to sell. We would definitely recommend working with Tom and Javier. A safe pair of hands even with difficult buyers.... Read more

Both Tom Hill (Aldgate Office) and Sebastian Sookermany (Limehouse) were brilliant in helping us sell our E1 apartment. When an initial buyer pulled out, Tom Hill was quick to re-market and had other buyers within days. During a sometimes difficult sales process, he went above and beyond in assisting with queries by our purchasers and with their solicitors and certainly earned HSC's fee for them.
