Generally just a really poor experience. Appreciate it wasn’t the best time to go on the market (which ultimately wasn’t our problem) it was more the lack of respect they had for our flat during this period. Came home after one viewing to mud left on our carpet, another time they turned up 25 minutes early for a booked viewing and another time they just let themselves into our flat for a viewing we hadn’t agreed- we were fortunately just making breakfast at the time so wasn’t the end of the world but does totally ruin the trust you’ve put in them when you’ve given them a key to your home. It also felt like we had to chase them a lot and wasn’t impressed when they didn’t follow through with a relaunch they had assured us they would do. So yeah all in all was a really poor experience and really left a sour taste in our mouth around selling our flat.
