10th Dec 2024 (15 weeks ago)Kenneth Lloyd Limited also known by Oliver Brooks i’ve been waiting for my deposit since 11th of November. Also they quickly charging you for late Ben and for the delay your return of the deposit also did report to the house not very good. I’ve been renting from the Holly Brook/Keth Limited otherwise anyone stay away from them if they could that’s the worse agent to go through my experience was very bad. I was so good luck everybody I hope this will help. I hope this pictures will help and especially keep away from the Imran is Aren and he reckons he knows the law more than a Kia Salama make me laugh so that explains how you run the properties the pictures below this

30th Jun 2024 (8 mo. ago)Disappointing Experience with Incompetent State Agency While I was able to secure a rental property relatively quickly through this agency, which I will give them credit for, the experience thereafter has been nothing short of disappointing. I have encountered an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism that I have never experienced before from a state agent. The behavior of one particular agent, Shelley, is highly concerning. Not only have I been subjected to unacceptable outbursts and shouting, which has caused significant distress, but it also appears that Shelley is in dire need of customer service training. Her priorities seem to be misplaced, as she is often preoccupied with activities such as selling properties, attending team meetings with her feet on the table, or assisting NASA with their space missions, rather than addressing client queries and concerns. Despite numerous attempts over the course of nearly 15 days, my emails and inquiries have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded. It is unfortunate that the only way to capture their attention appears to be through negative reviews and financial consequences. Furthermore, the property I was provided lacks proper maintenance, and the agency has chosen to ignore all requests for addressing these issues, which is a shameful disregard for their responsibilities. Based on this experience and the numerous negative reviews from others, it is evident that this agency falls short of providing satisfactory service and professionalism. I should have heeded the warnings from previous reviews before engaging with them. After many issues with the property, the landlord/agent never replies to emails or any complaints. We have been having issues with the boiler and have made two unsuccessful attempts to fix it. Now we need help from the agent after a deep clean from the previous tenants and bad state of the garden, and as always, they keep ignoring emails. avoids at all costs!!

4th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Goodness they were patient with us! :') We were with P and H for a year an a half. 3 times our house got sold and then put back on the market. We could not decide on a house for ages either. However, P and H were patient and never made us feel like a lost cause. Thank you for helping us sell our house for a good price and holding our hand all the way. Specific thanks to David and Zoe.

Louise was outstanding, always in contact with me and giving me updates. Dean was brilliant at finding us a new property and the whole team are always polite and friendly when speaking on the phone and doing viewing. Paul is extremely professional, easy to talk to and get along with. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though we found a buyer ourselves in the end, we used their expertise in negotiating and finalising the sale. We all hit a lot of brick walls throughout the transaction but we all persevered together and the sale all went through in the end. I would not hesitate to recommend M&P Estate Agents in South Ockendon. Messages were always passed on through the office and whoever I spoke with was always of a friendly nature and had a professional manner. Paul would always call back as soon as he was available, ready and willing to listen, help, and advise. Thank you again to you all.

31st Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)Real world scammers for tenants as they act to be polite at the start but then throughout your tenancy they don’t help and drag issues for months and months, they don’t take care about tenants as they issued the notice to leave just 20 days before our renewal date and charged an insane amount of 750£ even though the property was kept well and clean. So I would really recommend to avoid them if you don’t want to suffer through out your tenancy.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Dan was brilliant through the whole process, very honest and I trusted him wholeheartedly. Joanne was great in the office, always picked up the phone if I called and responded quickly if it was an email. I cant recommend Oakmont Property Consultants Ltd enough, I’ve put everyone I know onto them !! Trustworthy, quick and worth every penny ????????????????????????

A very personal service with so much advise on the market and figures and options and how to place a secure offer the other end and grounding my decisions. Me and my husband are so impressed. Our family have used Durden and Hunt before so we knew to only approach Durden and Hunt. The branch is very friendly and helpful for walk ins and quick to book appointments and home visits and they don’t push for sales they give you what you need and let you realise they are the lead agent to use!! Very pleased.
