They have made a faulty sell
They do not inform you about non working stuff and never ever reply again
They sold me a flat with non working broken boiler water tank and after I purchased i tried to contact them and they never ever responded
They are unprofessional + Made a failty sell with no right information and didnt even tried to sort thing between the seller
They sold it , when i found out boiler is not working , they are gone with no email respons
I will go for legal ways

Experience was excellent, such a professional and courteous agent. Dealt directly with Grant on the sale of the property owned by my younger brother in chafford Hundred, Sewell close. We had several valuations from other agents and to be brutally honest the others we met with were only focused on a quick sale and undervalued his property and made us feel awkward. Grant was the exact opposite.. He valued the property spot on to complete the sale early 2021 and was on hand to meet and showcase the property. His dedication to providing a professional and friendly informative outlook on local area amenities, schools and community really shows an understanding of the local market and helps close a sale. Thank you so much for your time, your support and kindness during lockdown and all its challenges for us all. Wouldn't go to any other agent in the area to sell my next property.

My wife an I bought our first property through Grant. Though we had no house buying, we felt grant was vey helpful often going above and beyond. He was very open about his process helped us get other services in line (solicitors and brokers) and generally looked after us as first time buyers.
I would recommend him 100%!

After a terrible experience with a different estate agents, grant was a breath of fresh air, really took the pressure off me and sorted out absolutely everything
So professional and definitely knows his job
After a very lengthy and frustrating experience with the previous agents, grant had a buyer for full asking price in just one day
He was always keeping me up to date with what was happening and always at the end of the phone if I had a question
I would 100 percent recommend grant Allen estate agents to anyone.
I wouldn't use anyone else from now on
