Rented with H2Homes for over a year. They’re very slow at getting back to you and fixing any issues, they have no emergency line and you can never get a hold of Fatima. They left me and my daughter in a house filled with bad mould issues and damp and serious wood rot in my daughters bedroom. I reported a leak with the bath in the home and they left us without a working bath for a month. I had to personally contact the landlord and tell him the issues as I could not get in touch with Fatima which he said he had no idea about the problems and was ashamed with how we was being treated, as soon as I did she got in touch straight away she was being quite rude over texts, over the fact I messaged the landlord. I would not recommend h2homes to anyone.

The absolute worst of the worst. If your house is mouldy, damp and in disrepair they will not come and sort it. I know someone very close who has had a terrible experience with them. I strongly do not recommend H2Homes!

Myself and my partner have dealt with Fatima over the passed few years with rental properties but this was my first sale. Managed to get a buyer within 24hrs of it going on the market. Fatima is always on hand to answer any queries and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn’t use anyone else and will continue to do business in the future ????

I purchased 2 properties from Fatima after being introduced to her by a close friend who swore by her services. She guided me from start to finish on both purchases, leaving no stone unturned and made the whole process less nerve racking as I am new to property investment. Communication was a paramount thing for me and she stayed in contact with me, answering any stupid questions I put her way. Highly recommend. She also now manages both properties for me so I don’t have to do a thing. Been a pleasure :)

Great agency, we had a dispute with the landlord about our deposit and the landlord making false claims to damage which was already in the property when we moved in, Fatima helped us through this and backed us 100%

I truly believed that selling my house (Accrington) would be a long drawn out process.

They arranged multiple viewings in the first week. And more the week after.
I am so happy that I chose a local, independent agent to help.

Best letting and selling companie around . my house went on rent within 24 hours and my Dougher house was sold within48 hours before Evan whent on market .Fatima and her team are very fast . We are sooooo happy with there work and glad we found them . 10 stars work
