I recently bought my first house through mortimers Accrington and I was very worried about the whole process, however mortimers were nothing but amazing. I had the pleasure of being supported in this process with the lovely Leaoni who made this process so easy to understand and she was extremely reassuring. I felt I could speak to Leaoni at any time and she was always happy to speak with me, ensuring I felt happy and comfortable in the whole process. If I ever rang up and Leaoni was busy with another customer, someone in the office was always happy to help too. It was also nice to see that recently mortimers hired a new employee who sold me car over a year ago (Jonathan). He will be a lovely fit in a love team of people who are really supportive and caring. I will definitely go back to mortimers when I sell/buy properties in the future and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Excellent service from Mortimers, all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and you can always get through to them! If one team member isn't available, the others are always up to date with your case. I would highly recommend them for house sales.
