House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number. No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents. Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants ..... AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS. SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY... Read more

My landlord sold the house with me as a sitting tenant and this company contacted me on behalf of the new landlord. Before this letter I knew nothing about the sale and previously when I was a sitting tenant at other addresses I had contracts and papers posted throughout the handover to keep things legal. Lorna is a bully and a cold hearted madame with nothing more on her mind other than money. She is totally insensitive rude and unkind. She came round and looked round my house and said nothing about the rent then two days later sent an email and had added £250 to my monthly rent. She followed this up with a loud demanding telephone call where she spoke to me like a deaf 5 year old. I put the phone down with her still shouting and the issue still hasn't been resolved.......... Can’t recommend Lorna and her team enough. I’ve used sharps for a number of sales and purchases, the last completing 7th December and was very tricky with a long chain involved. The team were on call via email, telephone and WhatsApp whenever needed with queries raised and answered in minutes rather than days. Would give less if I could, they blocked me off Facebook for a bad review. Because I emailed with issues I got to told that if I didn't like it then find somewhere else. Black walls, worse when moved to see it all, multiple pieces of furniture had to be thrown, mice droppings were found. I got blame for the electrician not putting carpet back properly that I mentioned numerous times. The whole way I was spoke to if I had an issue was shocking. Multiple problems. Terrible customer service and the problem stems from the top. Owner has no idea of customer service and this filters down to the staff. Repairs take forever, issues are always the fault of the tenant. I'd advise some training starting with Lorna. Once the tenant is in all they care about is the money, never customer satisfaction.... Begrudgingly have to give 1 star to register review. Myself an my partner have been renting from them for 3 years an we are NOT happy! Told them the guttering was gonna fall down at the front of the property for a full week, emailed an even contacted their builder directly an kept being told someone would be in touch. Eventually, obviously, the guttering fell down an hit a parked car damaging it an nearly hitting a TODDLER on the head as he had walked under it about 10 seconds before it fell! Told them it had fallen off an was waiting another week before finally getting the council an neighbours to get in touch with the council to tell them to sort it!! When approached for the funds to fix my neighbours car, they offered her £250 even though it was going to be a lot more to fix it! They claimed it wasn't their fault when it clearly was! Also all our windows an doors need resealing, the patio doors have a massive gap in them that rain comes through that need replacing, apparently the landlord won't replace the doors because it would cost a lot! Even though it's a health an safety issue! I've written final warning letter to them before I get the council an citizens advice involved! If you want to buy or rent a house don't use these! Also, Linda, their shop manager, is a real Karen! She has an attitude that would stink out a whale mortuary! Her attitude is, you're lucky we allow you to rent from us! We have never ever missed a rent payment in all 3 years even during lockdown when we were on furlough, an when we once asked if we could pay a few days late she said she wanted the few days extra as well or she was gonna charge us! Anyway, will keep y'all updated....... Read more

Property came on the market and I rang the same day requested a appointment to view and they put me in for the end of the week. The very next day I got a phone call saying the property has now been sold. I said I wanted to view it and I was willing to view it the same day it went online. The Karen on the phone concluded the conversation and just told me it’s gone. I would have offered full asking price for this property, I am a cash buyer. These Karen’s in the office just want an easy job and missed out on a sale of potentially more % fee from me offering more. Won’t be contacting sharps again... Read more

Charge extortionate rent and deposit, dont even do the work reported even before you move in the property have you waiting months then when you email them going about it properly and mansion having to donit yourself and taking it out of rent they go to solicitor and get you moved out plus talk down to you like your nothing I wouldn't recomend to anyone bunch of slags... Once they got u in their place u will soon find they only care bout money n not wellbeing or ur health. Forever 2 get jobs done. Always excuses n most team have terrible attitude...sharon is nice though. Careful bout renting from them. Quality does not show n blame u if work is or isn’t done.
