House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number.
No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents.
Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants .....
AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS.
SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

My landlord sold the house with me as a sitting tenant and this company contacted me on behalf of the new landlord. Before this letter I knew nothing about the sale and previously when I was a sitting tenant at other addresses I had contracts and papers posted throughout the handover to keep things legal. Lorna is a bully and a cold hearted madame with nothing more on her mind other than money. She is totally insensitive rude and unkind. She came round and looked round my house and said nothing about the rent then two days later sent an email and had added £250 to my monthly rent. She followed this up with a loud demanding telephone call where she spoke to me like a deaf 5 year old. I put the phone down with her still shouting and the issue still hasn't been resolved.......

Can’t recommend Lorna and her team enough. I’ve used sharps for a number of sales and purchases, the last completing 7th December and was very tricky with a long chain involved. The team were on call via email, telephone and WhatsApp whenever needed with queries raised and answered in minutes rather than days. There is no sales pitch involved when selling with Sharps just piece of mind they will get the job done without delay. Thanks I’d give you 10 stars if I could 110%

Would give less if I could, they blocked me off Facebook for a bad review. Because I emailed with issues I got to told that if I didn't like it then find somewhere else.
Black walls, worse when moved to see it all, multiple pieces of furniture had to be thrown, mice droppings were found. I got blame for the electrician not putting carpet back properly that I mentioned numerous times. The whole way I was spoke to if I had an issue was shocking. Multiple problems. Would never use them again.

I have always used Sharp Estate Agents and Letting Ltd, for both sales and purchases, and finding tenants for lettings. They are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. All the staff will endeavour to meet all your needs and keep a line of communication open to keep you updated on any developments of your sales or lettings.I wouldn’t use any other agents.

Sharp’s manage my two buy to lets and have consistently offered a seamless service: from marketing the properties and finding suitable tenants to dealing with any repairs/maintenance issues and keeping me up to date on any changes in legislation that affect me. I've been renting a property from Sharp Estate Agents for the past 7 years and just recently the house changed landlords . Sharp's were along side me all the way , answering any questions I had and reassuring me that I need not worry and that they would sort everything and they did .
Sharp Estate Agent colleagues are fantastic and very friendly and helpful, very approachable and always reply to any query the same day.

Lorna and the team looked after my buy to let for many, many years until I sold it last year. They looked after my interests and handled the constant legislation that the local government imposed and helped me in the process of selling. They managed to keep the property tenanted with good long term clients.
I can't speak highly enough of the service they provided and miss the occasional banter when I'm back in the town.
