I contacted Hallams in June as i was interested in a property they are managing. The representative who i have been dealing with is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive, never returns my calls or emails and i have to do all the chasing. It seems a very unprofessional set up. I have left a number of messages and asked them to respond even if the property is no longer available or the owners are no longer interested in agreeing a lease. To date I am still waiting for a response, its been over 3 weeks since i last heard from them. I will now start to look for other properties with other agents. Such poor customer service! I would strongly recommend using a different agent if you re an owner of a property of client wanting to lease.... Read more
