21st May 2026 (20 days ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".- 5th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We recently sold our house through this team and are now using them again to purchase our new home. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support. Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. She went above and beyond by taking time out of her out of hours schedule to show us a property, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed. Although she is clearly a great salesperson, she was never pushy at any point and genuinely worked hard for both the seller and us to make sure everything felt right for everyone involved. Her dedication, honesty, and willingness to accommodate my schedule really stood out and made what can be a stressful process so much easier. Thank you, Emma, for your excellent service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a home!

John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

Erin has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from organising viewings, keeping us up to date on the progress and with the property we were buying being in a slightly unusal circumstance she was really helpful in making sure we understood the scenario and what needed to be done. From the very beginning, the whole team has been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Rob was brilliant during our first viewing. He was really knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Ally has also been amazing — keeping us updated with progress and arranging viewings quickly and efficiently. A special mention to Georgina, who showed us around two properties on Saturday. She was absolutely fantastic, answered every question we had, showed us everything we wanted to see, and really helped us get to the stage of putting in an offer, which has now been provisionally accepted. This is our first experience with Bespoke, and both me and my partner agree they have been outstanding throughout. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
