Our experience with Harry Harper as students has been dispicible. Harry Harper treats students with a lack of respect. We rented a 3 bed house with HH and as we moved in we noted many issues with the house itself. We forwarded these issues to the appropriate agents very early into our tenancy, yet they were not acknowledged, rectified or fixed.
There was a prominent issue with damp and mould, which caused the kitchen ceiling to decompose and fall through, leaving a hole in the kitchen ceiling and the floor in one of the tenants room also. This was the main issue forwarded to the agents at the start of our tenancy, yet nothing was fixed until the ceiling collapsed in March. This is clear proof that our health and safety needs were seldom cared for or acknowledged by the team at Harry Harper.
The communication skills from Harry Harper were a prominent issue throughout our entire tenency, as our emails were regularly ignored and dismissed by team memebers. We believe they dismissed our emails, needs and issues due to our student status, therefore they believed they could treat us differently to other tenants and renters. We would not recommend Harry Harper due to a culmination of reasons, which have proved to be detrimental.... Read more

Overall Pretty good.
The process of signing a tenancy was complicated; "canopy" may be the worst system I've ever encountered. We didn't get our inventory until we were 2 months from moving out. They did respond quickly when our boiler needed maintenance.
Rhys on the other hand was very professional. He handled the viewings for the prospective new tenants. He was very respectful of our space while showing people around and was very friendly the whole time.... Read more
