Worst experience ever with harry Harper.

At the moment this company is being very obstructive while I'm trying to get my deposit returned over a year late. Been trying since December and have been passed around departments. Every time I call whoever's dealing with it isn't in. Requests for call backs and emails have all been ignored, even messages sent through their own website. 1 star is infinitely too good for them.

I rented a room a while ago. I had a terrible experience with Harry Harper, abusive fees. following their contract they have to let them know at least 24 hours in advance if someone is coming to see your propety, they didn´t. I had problems with the internet as it was so slow and they only thing that Jordan Parry said was " talk to the other tenants" .

In winter they window of my bedroom was broken and too cold inside and i had to repair by my self and after i talked to the landlord.
I had to change my rota at work to meet one of the their agents I received a call the last minute saying that the agent was sick.
they always were late in our appointment.

I had to pay after the first 6 months to renew the contract almost 200 Pounds the following time almost 300 pounds for nothing ( they dont explain you why I had to pay that amount)They don´t explain anything or help at all.. you have to pay them a fee if you change to a job, I you have to pay them 30 pounds for references if you need for another agency.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with this agency, the only nice person was Sita Kaur, She was the only polite and helpful person in this agency.
they are just want to earn money.

They have blocked last review with my other email so I had to create a new one.

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with William Churchill whilst searching for our new home. William has been very accommodating with regards to viewings to suit us, especially working around our tricky work schedules, or equally just in general to answer any questions we had (which has been a lot)
We have from the very start felt we could rely on the service of Harry Harper, made even more unique by Williams friendly but professional approach.
There knowledge of sales and the local area really are second to none.
We would not hesitate in recommending Harry Harper to anyone looking to purchase their next home!

Blown away by the fact that I was able to view on a Sunday! I viewed the property with Benjamin who at the time of the viewing offered me her personal mobile number if I had any further questions which was a great touch. After offering on the property I was kept up to speed with how my offer was progressing throughout the negotiation process (there was another party also offering). Have just viewed the property a second time and we are really pleased with the property and the service we have received as buyers! Highly recommended!
